Everything turned out great, stains were all removed and the jacket fit perfectly. Tried to give these guys a chance, but they keep letting me down. Took a jacket, pants, and two shirts to get cleaned in preparation for a interview. The interview was scheduled a week away and when I dropped off the shirts they said that they have everything ready in 5 days, giving me two days to spare. I return at the time they were supposed to be done and told that none of it was ready. I tried to understand what was taking so long and that I desperately needed them, but they told me that there was some issue with the cleaning and to check back later. Called the next day and some of the shirts were ready but no jacket and pants. Luckily by this point I was called to reschedule the interview and everything was done by the time I returned to pick those items up. The nice part was that the lady at the counter comped the cleaning so that I'd return to use their services again. Because of that, I returned about a month later when I brought more dress clothes to be dry cleaned. This tine my order was were ready when promised and I was pretty happy. That was until I realized that one of my shirts, which I've only had the chance to wear twice, has a staple-sized hole straight through the front to the back. I couldn't believe it! At this point, I refuse to go back to these guys and risk again. Nice people, but the service isn't up to par. read more

I live in town and like to head over to this place over some of those within walking distance to my house. I got like 3 shirts and a tuxedo done here for like $20 not too long ago which i thought was decently priced. They are quick (a couple of days before everyhting was ready). They can rush it if you need as well. I received a professional looking printed ticket to pickup my order later. I also enjoyed the customer service where i walked in and was greeted by name after giving my phone number. Their tailoring work has been pretty good throoughout my years as well. I get most of my stuff done in Boston now but this is my go to spot when I am back in town. read more

I am giving them two star, one because they have a parking lot and two because they did clean my dress. This was my first and last experience with Mr Mort. Here is my story. I dropped of my dress last week and got a ticket. The ticket said $6 dollars. I went to pick up my dress today and he tells me its $12 dollars. He said the $6 was for pants. I told him he filled out the ticket not me. I paid the $12 but the for the extra $6 dollars he is charging he is also getting this bad review and lost of my business. Here is my problem, if you go to a grocery store and the wrong price is on the item, the store has to honor the price. Although Mr Mort's may be a few dollars extra than other dry cleaners in the area, it is definitely worth it. They are fast, efficient, and I've never had an issue here. They've been able to get stains out of clothing when other dry cleaners told me they couldn't. The seamstress here is an angel - she knows what she is doing. I take all of my alterations to her, she gets it perfect every time. read more

DONT BOTHER. I am a minister and i had 8 shirts 2 pants 1 jacket cleaned. Price came out higher than original ticket. Ok i will live with that. But they pressed my collar flat wrinkled the neck line and then stained the shirt. They tryed to say i stained it. Hello. I did a wedding. Where in the ..... would i stain it? Dead center on the chest. I took to another cleaner and they said it was cleanning solution. Wonderful they got it out. read more

HORRIBLE. I put a brand new $700 suit and a dress shirt to be tailored and when I picked it up and brought it home I realized that they had only given me the jacket and the shirt. When I went back with my receipt and told them what had happened, they proceeded to tell me that "that's impossible" and after I told them that it was no where to be found they pretty much said "well I don't know what to tell you." Meanwhile this is a pair of $300 pants. Their solution was to make me drive back to my house and look again so they could have some time to look as well. When I came back the man who was working found them laying on the floor underneath the moving rack (the pants were absolutely filthy with dust) he offered to only press them. I will never use them again, nor do I suggest this cleaners to anyone. read more

I brought dress for a Shaw for my daughters wedding to this cleaners the dress had beading and the shaw had fringe,that were in perfect condition.i asked if they could do it next day they said that they could and it would be ready by four well I came the next day the dress was not done and they said they have to take their time drying it because of the beading it was going to be done in another hour I had to make a nail appointment and I was on my way to Virginia to the wedding she told me that she would leave the dress next to her and convenience store and I could pick it up then I did not check my dress till I got to Virginia when I pulled it out of the plastic the beading was coming off in several places and the fringe was burnt and a section of the fringe was gone I totally believe that they knew that they messed up the dress and they did not want me to see at that time needless to say I was very upset because it's the only dress I brought to my daughter's wedding and this is the dress that I had to walk down the aisle with the shaw covered the beading but the fringe was obvious when i came in to tell het about the dress they did not do anything to correct the situation because I had mentioned to her that I brought the dress at a consignment shop which I overlooked and would not have worre a dress to my only daughters wedding if it was not up to par thank God it was a late wedding But I was totally stressed out by the situation she never told me about not being responsible for beading when i mentioned it and said there was a sign and it was across the room in a picture frame even a person with perfect eyesight could not see it.never will recommend or nor should you ever bring anything with beading they do not knoe how to clean fine items read more

Best place, always does a great job dry-cleaning my clothes. The lady who does the tailoring is also very good, and very fairly priced.

I've been a customer of Mr. Mort's for years until exactly today. Customer satisfaction IS NOT THEIR THING. My family has spent thousands of dollars at this place for years and after ruining a $240 dollar blouse I was offered a $20 dollar store credit and told "I know that by losing your business I'm losing a lot more than that but $20 is the best I can do". The owner, David, had the nerve to keep telling me that "I'm confused" (nothing short of telling me I'm crazy/lying} and that the very expensive hangers I've been using for years will ruin my clothes. Safe to say I will never bring anything there and strongly suggest to anyone to STAY AWAY. read more

i've been using mr. mort for about 15 years. i don't know what's happened over there -- new management maybe? - - but it's terrible now. i brought in a bunch of stuff to be dry cleaned; not only was it not ready on time but they couldn't find two of the articles that i brought in to be dry cleaned. they said they knew who they'd mistakenly given it to -- kept asking me to come back but each time i did they said the customer they believed had my items hadn't called back. finally, after 2 months, i took cash for the items. for obvious reasons i didn't pay for the dry cleaning of those two items but they kept insisting that i owed them the balance plus more. they couldn't show me a receipt for the "more" although they had copies of all my other receipts. no way will i be returning here. read more
