When I brought it up to the attendant, he nonchalantly just blew me off and said for me to visually check the filter before I dry, and that the lower row of dryers are the least used and therefore dry better. This is unacceptable! Occasionally when he washes and dries his own clothes, he is absolutely SURE to co clean the filter every time. When I suggested they clean the filters for all the machines at least twice a day, he remarked they only clean the filters at the end of the day when the laundromat is closing. The interview was scheduled a week away and when I dropped off the shirts they said that they have everything ready in 5 days, giving me two days to spare. I return at the time they were supposed to be done and told that none of it was ready. I tried to understand what was taking so long and that I desperately needed them, but they told me that there was some issue with the cleaning and to check back later. Called the next day and some of the shirts were ready but no jacket and pants. Luckily by this point I was called to reschedule the interview and everything was done by the time I returned to pick those items up. The nice part was that the lady at the counter comped the cleaning so that I'd return to use their services again. Because of that, I returned about a month later when I brought more dress clothes to be dry cleaned. This tine my order was were ready when promised and I was pretty happy. That was until I realized that one of my shirts, which I've only had the chance to wear twice, has a staple-sized hole straight through the front to the back. I couldn't believe it! At this point, I refuse to go back to these guys and risk again. Nice people, but the service isn't up to par.

When painting my closet doors I accidently painted my wife's favorite coats. I kept it in the closet for around 2 months thinking these coats are ruined. I suddenly decided to give it a try to give it to the cleaner. I asked him what are the chances in removing the paint. The owner said depends how deep the paint seeped into the fabric. I cannot guarantee that I will be able remove it, but I will try my best. That's all I wanted to hear. I got it back the coats today. I was so amazed and happy they completely got the paint out of my wife's favorite coats. Happy wife happy life! They did a phenomenal job. This is why I am rating them 5 stars.

It used to be a vibrant hub for the community, but now it's mostly empty. These changes have cut off many people from accessing an essential service.
