I used to be able to dry a small to medium load of clothes within 32 minutes. Now it takes up to 48 minutes. When I brought it up to the attendant, he nonchalantly just blew me off and said for me to visually check the filter before I dry, and that the lower row of dryers are the least used and therefore dry better. This is unacceptable! Occasionally when he washes and dries his own clothes, he is absolutely SURE to co clean the filter every time. When I suggested they clean the filters for all the machines at least twice a day, he remarked they only clean the filters at the end of the day when the laundromat is closing. I took a dressy dress there thinking it would've been a bit cheaper and since the business is closer I was doing the right thing. Well that lady is not a good tailor. They charged me $40 to alter the sleeves which became too big for me and the sides. Didn't mind paying the $$ but the shoulders need altering too which she didn't do but said I didn't tell her. If you are altering these expensive clothing and do not look at it properly just go by what one thinks then why are you a tailor. She was ok doing it but for an additional $50. I walked out and I will go to my lovely tailor in Ridgewood. Lovely lady. Done many of my dresses and her price is nothing close to best cleaners in Fair lawn. She is an excellent tailor and look at everything. She tells you what needs to be done and how. She is extremely busy because she makes wedding dresses and dresses for the bridesmaids and mother of the bride/groom. I regretted not taking my dress to her in the first place because I didn't want to drive all the way to Ridgewood I also wanted to support small business in my town but not that the price they are charging and the crappy work by the tailor. Yes, I learn my lesson. Never again. I took my dress to my lovely lady in Ridgewood and we saw one side of the dress top was left open and not sewed up. Incomplete

When painting my closet doors I accidently painted my wife's favorite coats. I kept it in the closet for around 2 months thinking these coats are ruined. I suddenly decided to give it a try to give it to the cleaner. I asked him what are the chances in removing the paint. The owner said depends how deep the paint seeped into the fabric. I cannot guarantee that I will be able remove it, but I will try my best. That's all I wanted to hear. I got it back the coats today. I was so amazed and happy they completely got the paint out of my wife's favorite coats. Happy wife happy life! They did a phenomenal job. This is why I am rating them 5 stars.
