The girl I was with is a pre-school teacher and she was amazed at the great selection of toys as well. Its' not that they don't carry fun, regular toys like Lego's; but instead they have different brands and styles that tend towards more education aspects such as dinosaurs, space, and other science aspects first. The baby shop sells baby clothing, accessories, toys, books, teething rings, and more...all beautifully displayed. I found two books on this visit and appreciated the pretty tissue paper wrapping, and of course the friendly service (love our town!). This will be my go-to stop whenever I need a baby gift!

So rude, so snobby, so gross. I'll never be in again. Plenty of other stores will be happy to have my repeat business. They happily did and answered my questions, and I ultimately ended up with a beautiful, dainty, sparkly gold-plated necklace - one of the ladies was wearing the same one and it looked beautiful on her. They placed the necklace in a box and a bag with tissue paper and made that super easy and presentable. Thank you! My friend loves the necklace and it looks beautiful on her too, by itself or stacked. Now I'm wondering: should I get the same one for me?! Either way, I need to visit Falling For Dainty again to look through all of their pretty pieces. Per their page, they are a "Demi-fine jewelry brand that bridges the gap between quality and affordability." And they offer permanent bracelets too - fun! The space is bright and clean and inviting. And they're just off The Plaza in Healdsburg.

Forgot the girls name that was working, but she was super helpful and friendly. Pricing and quality seemed to be on point and I love the subtle designs, sizes, etc of their collection. My teenage girls were more excited to learn that they do permanent jewelry so they both got their first bracelets. Wish I remembered the girls name that was helping us but she deserves a shout out!

There was no one inside but it was a small shop so I figured an employee had stepped in the back or something. About 5 minutes later a woman entered (me thinking it was a customer) and I smiled to which she responded "can't you see we're closed". I was taken aback by her curt comment and replied that I just assumed someone was in the back and her reply was "well obviously no one is in here". Confusing situation all around as I have never entered a closed store because generally I'm aware it is closed because the door is not wide open during the day..... I would never give this woman my business. Situation could have been handled way differently. A simple "oh I'm sorry, we're closed right now even though our store door is wide open, please come visit us when we're actually open at X time". Can't imagine she's running a successful business with her approach to customer service.
