Ease of quoting process Before coming out in person, they were able to give us a ballpark price based on dimensions, fence type, and site images. This allowed me to decide whether to move forward and I thought this was really respectful of my time. Then, Dago, the owner, came for the site visit and to discuss details. 2. No bait and switch In ironing out the details, there was some miscommunication about whether staining was included. Dago was able to meet us halfway with the price increase. This honest business style continued throughout the project and no change orders or unexpected price increases happened. 3. Detail oriented Throughout the project, we discussed details such as fence posts placement relative to tree roots, post height, etc. Dago was both available in person and by email via his assistant Maria. It was also nice to have responses confirmed in writing so that things were clear and there would be no bait and switch. 4. Personality Dago is a really nice person and I enjoy speaking with his about his geriatric dogs, etc. This also helped me not feel anxious about the project, because I felt that I could trust him. For this fence, we received multiple quotes. Two companies were in the $9-10K range, another was around $12K, and an outlier was above $20K. Dago's price was the lowest quote (with minute differences in material) and we are very glad we went with him!

We did not confront them as the workers seemed extremely unprofessional and aggressive. Based on this limited experience I would not trust this company and I would never recommend them to any property management or commercial company I typically do business with. From the first time I talked to him he made it a point to understand my objective and try to find solutions on how he could help. I never got the feeling that he was in this for the money - he truly wants to contribute to my project which I sincerely value. The work that his guys do is second to none. I asked him for 70 feet of trenching, 24" deep and his guys cane out, knocked it out in a couple of hours, and it has clean lines, all the same depth. Because of my yard dimensions they had to do the work by hand but it looks like they used a tractor because it is so professionally done. Nick's 3 guys were 15 minutes early, hard at work immediately, and very skilled. They were friendly and helpful, willing to go beyond the scope of work to ensure the job was done right and to my satisfaction.
