Our Suzuki needed its emissions test in order to renew our plates and we'd read on Yelp that this place was the best bet. We were greeted pretty much the second we walked in the door. We gave them the keys and within (no word of a lie) 1 minute, our car was already being worked on. In less than 10 minutes we had the keys back in our hands and the job was done. And it was only $30! While we were waiting, another employee came out to make sure we were being attended to. This shows me that the service is good and I certainly have to say they were very efficient. There's a nice, comfy leather couch in the waiting area and there was a big basket filled with Lindor chocolates to snack on. All in all, we were very happy with the service and will most likely be going back when we need to!

Visit : 18 March 2020 time : 4 pm Read in their website…read morethat with oil change u get to free replace wiper blades. So I stopped by and opted for premium synthetic oil package for $99 plus taxes . The beginning was professional like a newspaper Nd rate card was given but as service begin you could feel the quality of service deteriorating . They recommend lot of other oil changes as an upsell . After oil changing they asked Me if to pay and I paid but when I got the printed bill it had other information like wiper blades replace , door hinges lubricated which they didn't do . I called the service advisor and asked him to change wiper blades and he said I can give you wiper blades and u can change urself. I insisted that I don't know how to change and then he tried changing it but could not change it saying I have to buy clips from Canadian tire as they don't have it for my car . Gosh I came only to get this deal and then they were not able to change it . FRAUD ADVERTISING BY MR LUBE . I also tried registering my invoice number in MR Lube website for their club benefits but it says invalid invoice number , was wondering if this MR LUbE station is fake or the website is defective . Last but not the least after changing the oil the service advisor closed the hood and his dirty hand marks are all over my hood . Oil hand marks on hood while closing it . Bad experience NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR .

They don't try to upsell me, they tell me how it is and I trust what they say to me. I usually buy the high mileage package for my car, and it's about $70. Mr. Lube usually has a promo going on about getting free wipers + installation when you get an oil change...and luckily for me they give me that promo around the time of my oil change - hence why I usually keep coming back. This location is my favorite, and I drive back to Brampton to come here even if I'm in Mississauga.

It keeps the price down. I have used this place several times and so far so good. Its cheaper than the big names and they also handle aftermarket warranties if you have a used car. For general auto repair, I would rather give my money to the little guy trying to make a living than the big chain stores. This place is alright in my books.

Luckily, a mechanic friend diagnosed that the engine was missing about 2 L of coolant and Jane Park likely didn't purge and refill the coolant reservoir when complete. Again, Jane Park refused to accept any fault. He told me to bring it back in so they could check everything out again. He charged me for a new coolant cap, wouldn't even throw that in as goodwill.
