The owner and his team are genuinely good people who are transparent, honest, and truly care about their customers. I even got the car inspected just to be safe, and it came back CLEAN! What really made the experience unforgettable was how they treated me as a person. I was having trouble getting my loan finalized, and my phone had died, so I didn't even have an Uber to get home. I hadn't explained my situation to the owner, but he still trusted me, let me keep the car until the next day, and even let me drive home. That level of kindness and trust is rare, and I'm beyond grateful. If you're in the Bay Area looking for a quality car and some of the BEST customer service you could ever ask for, PLEASE give them a visit! You're not just getting a car here; you're dealing with people who genuinely care. And no, this isn't a paid review. This is just REAL SH*T! I'm so thankful I found them!
