Arthur previously worked at CAA, so he knows his roadside assistance and goes over and beyond what CAA would do. I now have a new 3 year warranty battery, installed at my place in about 10 minutes. I believe his name Is Don, (I apologize if I'm wrong) but when he had tried to switch my license plates from one vehicle to another, the screws weren't long enough, he actually drove to a local hardware store and bought screws that would work, paid for them out of his own pocket. I have never gone back. Would recommend you go somewhere else as he doesn't want to install something properly.
