Mr. Kabob is a very good fast casual restaurant, we enjoyed our meal here immensely. I had the shawarma chicken and lamb, next time I'll just get the lamb, it's difficult to keep chicken very moist if it's not freshly grilled. Mr. Kabab was just "okay", definitely a lot of food but not a lot of flavor and not well made if I'm being honest. The salad was terribly soggy and you could see that it was just made in a large batch and left to sit for more than a day quite frankly. This is middle eastern food for those who've never had authentic middle eastern food. Sure, the portions are large, but definitely not worthwhile. The interior was outdated and not very clean (the tables weren't properly cleaned and the floor was dirty). The artisan clothing and decorations were nice - it's unfortunate that the food does not hold up though. Service was fine, nothing substantial, they did forget our order of fries twice and by the time we revived them we were done with our meal (the fries were greasy and poorly seasoned, not fresh at all). read more

I popped in at least twice to grab take out from Mr. Kabab during this year's busy season. and it did not disappoint! I had falafel everytime. It is amazing! Fresh and flavorful and fried to perfection. Their hummus is smooth with just the right perfect balance of garlic and taheni! I think it is sesame oil that they add to top it off...but it delish!
