My colleague said he had had the lamb before and it was bland and musty, not fresh. He stated he would be getting the chicken from here on out. I went to the butcher counter and told the butcher I wanted 2 pounds of lamb mince, and he went to grab a whole lamb, cut off the sections needed for the mince, and ground it right before my eyes ! It can't get any fresher than that. The chicken thighs were already cut and packaged but still look amazingly fresh. They have a small section of produce, huge amounts of tea from which to choose, all kinds of sweets and snacks, fresh flat breads, and so many other items from which to choose that I cannot even begin to name them all. Everyone in store was helpful and pleasant. I just found my new butcher shop for fresh meats!
