It was different than Indian (obviously) but I think I may like this better. I got the Newari khaja set, which is a combination of several traditional Nepalese dishes and it was a fantastic introduction to the flavors they use. I ordered hot (I asked for a 7 on a hotness scale of 1 to 10) and it was perfect. The heat was balanced by a tangy mustard oil present in some of the dishes. It was a deep and hugely satisfying flavor profile. I will return many times and explore further offerings (their menu is vast). If you have not been here, go! If you like Indian food, try this!
