I WISH i could add a picture of how messed up they left my jeans after i went to get them altered the FIRST TIMEE, first they left a HOLE in the back area when stitching , and then I HAD TO GO BACK TO GET THE HOLE FIXED AND THEN THEY LEFT MY BUTT POCKETS UNEVEN. THEY CAN NOT ALTER AT THE WAIST CORRECTLY. they make ur pockets closer together and uneven on both sides , do not go here to get stuff altered. overall the fitting room is so small and there's no space to try anything on it's only a curtain and luckily im very tiny so i had space to cover me but if ur not , good luck! , literally downloaded this app just to leave this review because god damn they messed up my jeans !!!! read more

Let me start by saying, I've used this place for at least the last 9 years. Never had a problem. I have done blankets, shirts, dresses, my Sister-in-law's wedding dress to be boxed.. all of it. So a few months ago, a man very close to me passed away and left me some Pendleton Wool blankets. One of which he passed away on. One of them had previously been dry cleaned. I brought both in for cleaning. I didn't tell them one had a death on it and the other was clean. I just told them I needed the dog hair off them and to be dry cleaned, one was in obvious need of some work. I was told they'd be outsourced, like normal with bigger blanket jobs, I came to pick them up some days later and was told they were done but the hair problem wasn't resolved. I was charged $90 total. I had no plans on using the blankets so they stayed stored. Last night, I went to start getting the hair off and realized nothing had been done. Not even dry cleaned. There was the same bread crumbs on the blanket the man died on and lots of brushable dust spots, visible dog pee and the smell.. it was bad. So this morning, i took them in and asked if she remembered the blankets. She said yes. I opened the bigger blanket up and said "they were not dry cleaned. She immediately got defensive and rude. I literally picked crumbs off in front of the gal that was very persistent saying she watched them dry clean them herself. (Funny considering I was told they were done at a different facility). Then I told her about the second one and how it was folded the same as when I originally brought them in. I went to unfold it and found the Receipt from the Alpine dry cleaning store still wrapped up in the blanket. I told her about that situation and she just kept denying it with no explanation. I walked out and she proceeded to speak to the next customer about it as I got in my vehicle. So, with all that being said, do not use this place if you value your money. Definitely don't bring them your expensive blankets. **Also, note, I was fine with prices knowing darn well they were going to take work. However, knowing they did nothing and took my money, I am livid. read more

I dropped off a jacket on Saturday arround noon, and was projected to pick it up Monday at about 2:30pm. When I arrived Monday It was not ready. They had me wait an extra 30mins after my scheduled pick up. Once it was ready, the jacket was still dirty in the creases. I asked the gentleman in the front and he said if I wanted to get a better cleaning I had to pay extra. I had originally already paid extra. It was a total of 13$. I was confused, I didn't have time to leave it because I had a Plane to catch. I won't be recommending this cleaners, and will deff not have them clean my clothes any longer. read more

Horrible unprofessional dry-cleaning establishment!! Disrespecting US Military!! Disrespected by owner throwing military uniform on the ground and using fowl language in front of 12-year-old daughter!! I brought my military uniform in to have my patches sewn on. I explained the measurements for the placement of the patches and awards to include how they need to be done correctly. The next day I went back to pick up my uniform and the patches were sewn horribly wrong!!!! I explained that they are incorrect and the guy working up front agreed they were horrible. He reassured me that they would get them correct if I would leave the uniform to have them fix it. I explained that i would not be paying for the patches if they are not sewn on correctly being very polite. Today I went back to pick up my uniform with my "12 year old daughter" and half the patches were still crooked and done incorrectly. I inform the associate at the front I will pay for the patches that were done right as we agreed earlier in the week. He informs the owner and she comes up front in order for me to explain and show her the crooked patches that I would not pay for. She tells me sorry but they have already redone the patches twice and I am to pay for crooked and off set patches! This unprofessional owner of the store commenced to insult me using vulgar language and throwing my military uniform on the ground disrespecting myself and the us military in front of my child!!! There is a obvious problem that the eldest female staff does not want to give me service for my items that I bring in monthly. Today, I picked up my shirts that needed dry cleaning and checked them before I took them home. I was talking to a young male worker that ranged me up and as I was checking my shirts I asked home to pls reduce 3 of the 9 shirts. Before he could completely respond to me, an elder woman walk up towards me and said that she would not take the 2 of the 3 shirts because it could not be clean due to the use of deordant and sweat on the clothing. I asked her that is why I bring them to the cleaners and can we come to a medium Is satisfying these garments. She said due it's material she refuse to reclean the Blouses. I said, I've brought in $100.'s of dollars of Uniforms and working suits to be cleaned and had them redone before. Do you really want to lose my business; just try to reclean them. She refused and I had said well. I'll pick up my black blouse in a few days and I did not get the appropriate customer service from "J's Cleaners. And that she had very bad customer service and is showing young workers that was giggling in the rear; that you don't treat your local customers like that that brings money to the business and expect excellence. When it comes to dry cleaning there isn't much that you can ask for except for cleanliness, speediness, punctuality on delivery and price. Saturn cleaners has a good price, punctuality on their deliveries and cleanliness. The only thing that makes me not give them 5 stars is their lack of express service. Example I have important business meeting with CEO of Apple Inc. and my lucky businessy shirt is dirty. I need it in three hours. So I need express sry cleaning. The first time I went there the kid behind the counter uttered but two words to me the entire time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have my dry cleaning done here pretty regularly. The pricing is ok, accept you have additional $1 per item for same day service. The hours they open are posted at 7pm...but they don't actually open until 7:15-7:20...they are nice when dropping off and picking up...but would be nice if they opened when they say they open. read more

Poor experience. I had a sweater cleaned and it came back with spots still there. I brought ot to the attention of the owner who reluctantly said she would reclean it. When I came to pick it it a week later it was still in the same place it was hung when I had brought it back. Not only were the spots still there but the red tape put on the sweater to identify where the spots were still there. It was not in a plastic bag and had no slip on it. so it took a good deal of time to even find it. It looked like nothing had changed so I asked if it had been cleaned the was assured it had been which was reconfirmed by the person who cleans the sweaters.. It was not until I arrived at home I realized the red tape was still on the sweater, evidence that the item was never redone. Shame on you! read more

My mom went to drop off my brothers and dad suits. At drop off when handing over the suits the lady just tossed the suits in front of her in a basket instead of hanging. When pick up and brought them home. We notice lint, and wrinkles and small spot. Never coming here again. No wonder the price is so low you pay what you get. read more

Anyways I decide to give them a shot and must say, so far I'm very impress. Customer service is excellent and the employees are very friendly. Like the fact that I can get a print-out for tax purposes at the end of the year. That is a big plus for the military, law-enforcement, firefighting, EMT. By the way prices are very fair. I have only used this dry cleaners a couple times before in the past when I am in the area on business. The prices are pretty cheap but I guess that's what you pay for cheap quality. My last experience here was very unpleasant. I had dropped off a few dresses I needed for a conference. When I came back to pick them up, they were wrinkled and looked just like they did when I had dropped them off. When I questioned the quality of the cleaning I was ensured very rudely by the owner that they dresses were cleaned and what was I trying to do not have to pay for it. I've come here before and I've never been a fan of their customer service. I only go there because it is the closest Dry Cleaners to me. One of the times, I went, the lady was checking in my clothes with her Cheetos stained fingers. I have received clothes that do not look like they were cleaned, just pressed over the stains. I have also received my clothes back with stains that were not originally there. The most recent incident. I dropped some clothes off in August and just had time to go pick them up, only to find out they got 'rid' of the clothes because we took longer than 30 days to pick them up. When asked why we never received a phone call, the lady responded with, we don't call the customers. WOW! Talk about horrible customer service. I will never go back and will tell all my friends and family never to go there! I took my "GROOMSMAN" brand new dress shirts to get prepared for my wedding. I drop off five of the same color, style and company, brand new in the package to them. I returned two days later, 2 of the shirt's had purple blotches on them like maybe a chemical had spilled on them, and the other 3 were fine. I questioned it with the worker and the owner. If this had been a regular work shirt, no big deal, but this was my "WEDDING." They didn't want to deal with it, very insensitive, and quite frankly, didn't care to deal with it. Very disappointed in their customer service. I never wrote yelp reviews but decided to shoot on the parking lot outside of their store and write this one. I took three suit jackets that I needed for trial in in the morning and paid extra to have it ready the next morning for court by 8:00 am instead of 5:00 pm. I picked up my suit and realized when I arrived at the office to put it on for court that the clasp on the spot jacket was broken off. I called them and brought it back and waited and waited for a call back. No one ever have me a call as promised. I finally called back at the end of the week only for someone to get on the phone and tell me there was nothing they could or would do BC the fine print on the back of the receipt said they are not responsible. This was a brand new suit jacket and even if they had offered to credit back the dry cleaning, that would have been better than not even an apology. The only person who apologized was the young man working the front counter. My husband and I decided to use this cleaners which is a little or if our way because they were better priced but you get what you pay for. We will not be using them again and will go back to the cleaners on palm. Just a little bit of customer service would have retained our business.
