It is squeaky clean, has nice areas to fold and carry laundry, and has its own unique wash card you can get anytime. Door closes to get in at 845pm and last call for a wash then. The place shuts off at 10pm sharp. The owner was so sweet and has the phone number available anytime on the wall. I had left my phone in there on accident after I left and they let me in remotely. Having a hand sanitizer bottle would be helpful here (from the business) if you have sensitivities like I do. I bring my own for now! Cost to hot wash for 45 min with extra spins for a heavy bedding was around $9. Dry for this comforter was complete at high heat for a little over and hour. I had to take it out periodically to readjust placement to ensure a full dry (normal for this kind of wash and dry). Total came close to $15. I'll be back!

She brought me back to the office to create a profile for me, she was very thorough with the process and made it easy , thank you Ms. Nayeli for the warm welcome It took roughly around 2.5 hours for me to get my pick up text , and i was then greeted by a Ms. Shiela or Sheena , my apologies it was a bit busy so i could not hear your name. The employee who helped me was so kind, attentive, and detailed -- she asked all of the right questions and handled my clothes with care. When I picked up my laundry, everything was perfectly folded, smelled super fresh, and was packaged so neatly, I even showed my friend (via FaceTime) because I was in absolute shock. You can tell they really take pride in what they do and care about their customers. If you're looking for a place that goes above and beyond with both quality and customer service, this is it. I dropped my large washable rug off at Palm Laundry at 10AM on a Friday and was charged $10 over…read morethe fee I paid the previous time, and I could only pay in cash... SKETCH, but whatever. I'm already committed and just want to get this f***ing rug cleaned. I received a text at 1PM that stated my rug was ready for pick up, I attempted to get it at 1:15PM, 1:45PM, 2:25PM, and 3:30PM, each time the staff room was locked with a sign saying, "back in 30 minutes" which apparently meant "I went home for the weekend." I was unable to pick up my rug until the following Monday. Upon returning home and removing it from the plastic bag it was in, I learned that the staff at Palm Laundry is so lazy that they failed to even completely dry the rug before bagging it and letting it ferment for three days. The entire rug reeked of mildew and needed to be rewashed. Thankfully, A.B. Brite was able to do the job at nearly half the price. If Palm Laundry was the only place on the planet I could get my children's clothes cleaned, I would force them to wear dirty clothes until Child Protection Services took them away before I'd give Palm Laundry another cent or moment of my time. I would rather have three more bums living at the adjacent 7/11 than have this trash business in my neighborhood. In a nutshell: Palm Laundry has sketchy business practices and terrible service. Go to A.B. Brite instead.
