This Is really good pizza! Its our go to for delivery. Its sad they have such a low rating on Yelp!! We've ordered numerous times & they have never messed up. The pizza is always hot and they are very generous with toppings. The crust we get is hand tossed (original), but it's never heavy or doughy and it has a crispy bottom. We also add the garlic butter to the crust and it's delicious. This pizza is also a great value compared to some of the other well known pizza delivery places. This particular Mr. Jim's (Keene) is the only one we've ever used, so I can't speak about the other one's in the area. They also have a huge menu with a lot of options and they offer coupons regularly. Give them a try, it's very good! read more

Mr Jim, whoever you are, you do not know how to make pizza. I am from NJ and if you ever tried to serve this wad of crap there, they would throw it back in your face and shut you down. There is nothing Italian about the "pizza" that is served here. It's dough, what's obviously a jar of spaghetti sauce, and gross imitation government cheese. This is far worse than Pizza Hut or Domino's or any of those other ridiculous chains. The "pizza" here is clearly imagined by some random person who had never had pizza before but only had one described to them. The toppings and add-ons to choose from where obviously dreamed up by some teenager with the munchies that has never studied culinary anything. When this place first opened up, it was good. However since then I've come to notice a swift decline in service and the quality. Today I went in with my girlfriend and we waited and waited and nobody was even at the front counter or even in the kitchen making pizzas.... basically there was nobody even in remote sight.. Not really sure how this is allowed to happen you'd think it would also be a security risk as well as just being impolite to customers... The pizza quality is another issue that I have with this place. When it first opened it was great and they were generous with the toppings. Now it's like they're cutting all the corners and the toppings are sparse.. The one thing that is good is their Jim Stix. Aside from that probably will order from other pizza places if it continues this downward trend in service. My family actually likes Mr. Jim's pizza... and I like that they deliver to our area! (Only other option is dominos... not the best) Unfortunately the delivery takes FOREVER!! The automatic email says delivery can take up to 45 mins. Seems ridiculous but whatever, we know they normally are at that amount of time. Last night however took an hour and a half!! My husband tried to call at the hour and 15 min mark and they just didn't pick up the phone. Super frustrating. Pizza finally shows up and the delivery person was kind and apologetic after I was clearly irritated. She made excuses... something about spring break in Keene. Pizza and calzones were soggy and barely luke warm. The crust was gross and soft. The bottom of the calzones were mush. We WILL NOT be ordering again. $25 thrown away cause no one in my family would even eat this nasty junk. read more

Placed an order 4 days in advance and was unable to pick it up at the requested time. Apparently the computer system didn't work and they didn't even start the order despite having it in their system. Complete failure. It was extremely embarassing having to scramble to find replacement pizza for the event. Not going to order from here again as they can't be reliable. read more

I would give a zero rating if I could! This establishment is awful! I order 3 pizzas and paid online and was sent a confirmation email stating 35-40 minute delivery time! After an hour I called and was lied to and told my order was on the way! I live 12 minutes from the business. After another 30 minutes, I called again and was then told by manager excuses as to why we had not received the order and that they were exceptionally busy night and wanted to blame the delivery guys and trains and everything else. I'm disgusted by how rude she was to me! I will tell everyone I know not to order from them! read more

Not the greatest pizza, but a fantastic option for vegans since they have added a vegan cheese (daiya) as an option. I would love to see more vegetable topping options one day. Its a great start for such a small town in Texas. read more
