On the project management side, Lindo and Omar were always communicative and transparent. Imagine a remodeling company that is able to take the ideas from your head and from printed out…read moreimages into reality quick and for a great price. My fiancee found Supreme Painters and Remodelers as we were looking to have our cabinets repainted in our new house. What attracted us to Lindo and his team was the process they outlined and the fact that they used lacquer to paint the cabinets rather than regular paint. We had a laundry list of a renovation we were also looking to have someone do for us so we had Lindo come for a quote. Lindo sent us a calendar invite for the day we were meeting and when the quote was ready, a nicely broken down itemized list of all the services and the corresponding costs. This helped us pick and choose what we needed to modify and what we wanted to skip. On that note, Lindo was very flexible and patient as we made a few changes and additions along the way and he found a way to make it work within our budget. We ended up refinishing our downstairs floors, installing new hardwoods up stairs, gutting an upstairs bathroom, retiling the downstairs bathroom, painting the kitchen cabinets, having a new countertop and plumbing installed in the kitchen, having a new fireplace build, installing new lighting including pot lights, taking down a few walls and painting the entire home. In regards to painting, the end result was unreal. Lindo's team spent over a week prepping the walls and cabinets for paint, and wow was it worth it. The house is from the 40s and after Lindo's team was done prepping and painting, it looked as if they put in new sheet rock on the walls and the ceiling. Even if you choose to go with a different contractor for other projects, demand that they use Supreme Painting for the painting because no one does it as well as they do. The end result of the rest of our renovations were beautiful as well and within the time frame we were hoping it would! Lindo uses fantastic subcontractors as well, especially his plumber/electrician Gerard is amazing! He was able to set up wiring to a hot tub, to our shed, add new light switches and outlets, wire up a tv through the fireplace and installing pot lights in an existing ceiling. Absolutely stellar work. His tile guy did amazing work and was able to follow our specific instructions for tile layout. He was also able to do a great job ensuring that we were able to keep existing tile and just make small changes to the border using extra tile. Looking at it, it looks as if it was always there and no changes were made. The tile work in the upstairs bathroom was amazingly impressive and is one of our favorite rooms in the house. Omar was an awesome communicator and helped us out when Lindo was not on site and helped to ensure everything was being done well All in all, Lindo really cared about the project and having it done well. I am eager and happy to be a referral and recommend him and his team to anyone who needs renovations. The end result of the renovations are stellar and honestly, while Supreme isn't the least expensive, it also isn't the most expensive, but the quality is there and well worth the price that is provided. If you compare Lindo's quote to averages, he is pretty much spot on and so I have no doubt his pricing is fair and his quality even better. There are some recommendations I would have but this is all personal preference and not worth of losing any stars, but just things to keep in mind as a potential client. While Lindo uses a great platform for notifying you that someone will be at your home, we never really got a project plan, to better understand when things are happening and who is going to be there and when. While I know we threw some wrenches into the plan with some changes, a dynamic project plan would have been helpful so we knew we were on track and we would know when to have materials ready by. This wasn't as big of an issue as we were not living at the project site during renos, but if we were, we'd 100% need a project plan. I think communication can be worked on between both the client and the project manager. Maybe a weekly check in scheduled to ensure that all questions and answers are addressed, especially when the client makes changes mid project. There were a few times that I felt I was waiting for answers to questions. However, overall, Lindo was available via text and phone when we really needed him. Lindo made a number of suggestions that were spot on and things we wouldn't have noticed or thought to do. This was our first major renovation and I think he should lean into doing that more with his clients as it helps to bring the whole project together and his experience is valued. Had it not been for Lindo we would have not ended up refinshing our floors and we are so happy that we did! As a final note, if you want renovations and you want them done right, just go with Supreme. The work is top notch, the prices are fair, Lindo has great ideas and the subs he uses are fantastic.

He took the time to help me choose the right shingle color and even showed me photos of homes his company had completed using the colors we were considering. Those real-world examples were much more helpful than the manufacturer's online visualization tool and made the decision much easier. Rob and his crew were professional, thorough, and extremely efficient. The roof was completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and the cleanup afterward was outstanding. When they finished, the property was spotless. One thing that really impressed me was their integrity. After the old roof was stripped, an improperly flashed chimney-to-roof connection installed by the original builder was discovered. Rob brought the issue to my attention and corrected it at no additional cost because he wanted the job done the right way. That level of honesty and commitment to quality is hard to find. I highly recommend Rob and the team at Noreaster Roofing. They deliver excellent workmanship, stand behind their work, and truly care about customer satisfaction. My home is 105 years old and roughly the size of two standard Capes, so I knew this wasn't going to be a small or inexpensive job. I'm not one to make decisions lightly. I contacted four different roofing companies. One took over three weeks to get back to me with a quote, and only after I followed up. Not a good sign. The other companies responded promptly, with pricing in a similar range. But Nor'Easter Roofing immediately set themselves apart. From the very first interaction, Rob (the owner) took the time to explain the insurance process to me in detail. If you've ever dealt with homeowners insurance, you know how complicated things can get (especially with depreciation and recoverable amounts). Rob patiently walked me through all of it. He didn't just quote the job, he acted like a partner in the process! The job itself took two full days, and the crew was nothing short of outstanding. They showed up at 7 a.m. sharp and worked tirelessly until 7 p.m. both days. Their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail blew me away. These guys worked their asses off and it shows. The finished roof gave my historic home a brand-new look. It's honestly the best-looking roof on the street - hands down. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire Nor'Easter again. Rob is deeply knowledgeable, detail-oriented (as picky as I am!), and committed to doing things right the first time. That kind of one-on-one service is rare and it's what makes Nor'Easter exceptional. Oh, and the cleanup was immaculate! You'd never know they were here! Cook explained that if the roof was less than 5 years old, then he could just do all the venting, but the only way he could guarantee all of his work ( on a 20 year old existing roof ) was to replace the roof AND do proper venting. We are so glad we did, as none of the other roofers mentioned anything about venting being the real problem. Dave has dealt with that many times and was a big help getting us everything that we needed from him and helping understand what exactly we needed to do. They removed the old and installed the new. It was a big project and they did great and left no mess. But a week later we noticed that our heat wasn't always kicking on when it should be. THIS WAS NOT ALL TOWN'S FAULT! I called and they sent someone over. He discovered a complicated problem that I didn't fully understand but the bottom line was that condensation was not draining properly and so the machine would eventually shut itself down. He fixed it for the time being and thought it might be all set. It was not. I ended up calling Dave on a Saturday when we were not even home (a family obligation) and told him that it had happened again. We had left a door unlocked and they were able to get in and fix it again. This second time was when they discovered some possible problems in the machine itself from the factory. Unfortunately their remedies only lasted about half a day and it was cold again the next morning. The main reason I was so concerned was that we had a baby in the house. I called Dave early on a Sunday and he and two others were there ASAP to give us a holdover fix that should last a few days because he had determined at this point that we needed a whole new machine.
