They worked around my pets' anxiousness in the next room, which is huge for me. They covered all of the belongings in the room next to the patio doors. I expected some level of a mess from removing and replacing two sliding glass doors. There was none. They cleaned up everything. They also took the huge many of recycled boxes from my unpacking in case the company didn't take it, which happened the week prior. Insulation was scheduled for two days because you never know what they're going to come across. They finished in half a day. The difference is amazing. Titus went through the doors with me and explained everything. I asked him if I needed a bar to go in the gap for safety. He didn't even laugh and showed me that new doors have an up-and-down lock that create a claw. good to know. It was the best service I've ever had with home repair or replacements.

My door has been repaired, and they are compensating me for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciate. I should also note that my mother purchased hurricane-rated impact French doors for her patio at the same time I ordered my front door from Sunset View. They did an excellent job with that installation. I would likely use Sunset View again in the future.

UPDATE: Still love Ecoview! Absolutely worth the price and so glad I didn't overpay somewhere else…read more The window that arrived to them damaged was replaced and I haven't had any leaks or issues. Very responsive if I call. My electric bill is $85 for a 2500ft home now. My experience with Ecoview has been wonderful! Our installers were SPECTACULAR. So professional. Bagged every window to minimize construction dust in my home. Vacuumed. They installed thoroughly using the correct long screws and spray foam around every window, then trim and caulk. Didn't damage any of my stucco or drywall. My windows all work great and sit squarely. No complaints at ALL about the installation or quality. Ecoview was my lowest quote for my impact windows but had the best warranty which is why I went with them. At first, the price made me nervous but now I'm so glad I didn't waste extra money with another company. The only feedback I have is that the original estimator (owners son I believe) was young and made some unprofessional comments while he was at my house. He commented about my mattress being on the floor in my room (none of his business but I was clearly moving in- I had boxes everywhere!). I also had to call to check on the status of my windows and called again to schedule. No issues there but be sure to check on things yourself if you want them done quickly! Carlos, the owner, has been spectacular. He came out to my house and met with me before I ordered. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, not sales-y. Really had a wonderful experience working with them. Still waiting on my inspections because one window was delivered to Ecoview damaged and has to be replaced- totally understandable! Once the inspection is done, the screw holes in the photos will be covered by a trim piece. Now that Dorian is approaching, I'm relaxing while my neighbors are boarding windows! BUY THE IMPACTS!!

Excellent service. Always on time. Always contacted me to confirm availability. Always knocked on…read morethe door when they arrived. Always pre-briefed their daily work intentions prior to starting their day. Communication was constant and thorough throughout the project, start to finish. Dylan was on top of everything, every day, calling and texting, meeting face-to-face, supervising and critiquing the work. Any item that I had questions or concerns about were addressed and handled professionally and efficiently. All you have to do is talk about your concerns and work with them until everybody is satisfied. For example, I was worried about my asphalt shingle roof. I preferred that nobody would walk on my roof because walking on it prematurely breaks down the shingles. Dylan looked it over, spoke to his technicians, and they worked together planning the screen replacement steps in a way that would avoid having to put anybody on my roof. It wasn't necessarily easy or the easy way, but it was the right way and no wear and tear was suffered by my roof. Also, my project include one screen door that had damage requiring a complete door replacement in order to return it to a like-new condition. Because the screened-in pool enclosure has two doors, we elected to replace both doors with new doors. After installation, the doors were not closing correctly to my satisfaction. Several considerations were made and adjustments attempted, but the doors were not to my satisfaction. Eventually, working together, Dylan, his brother, and I were able to identify the root cause of the issues and his brother found the solution. Although my door frames were slightly out of standard due to the original installers work 7 years ago, Dylan and his brother took the time to understand the underlying issues and reordered another two brand new doors, making slight corrections to the units, resulting in perfect replacements and effortless operation. The doors have never worked as well as the new units they installed. It took a little extra time, but I was always "in the loop" and involved in the process. My project began when one screen failed. I knew it was probably time for the entire structure to be refurbished, including rotten screens, rusted hardware, and corroded paint. Dylan offered basic single panel replacement, or a complete restoration. Due to the fact the structure was 7 years old, I elected to restore it in its entirety with all new screens, rubber screen spline, rusted hardware replacement, and prep and repaint corroded structure metal. The price was less what I had budgeted based on research and a friend's similar project. Additionally, I have a spa installed. The electricians made a small incision through part of the screen material in order to pass the electrical conduit. Dylan and his brother recognized that it was not the correct or robust way to pass electrical service through the screen and would not be sufficient over time. So, they informed me about it, explained how it needed to be done correctly for longevity and robustness. After project completion, they returned with a custom aluminum electrical service pass-thru frame enclosure that they hand made at their shop, installed it, and now I have a properly built and serviceable electrical conduit connection for my spa. 3 Guys and Some Screen are absolutely the guys to call to get the job done right the first time.

Window Sales and Service, Vero Beach, FL In July of 2022 we…read morehad a PGT window develop what appeared to be a stress crack. The window had been installed by Window Sales and Service of Vero Beach in April of 2017, and at the time we were pleased with the installation. Why a high impact window would suddenly develop a stress crack after being in place for 5 years has not been explained to us. We thought the window had a 10 year warranty from PGT, however, it turns out that stress cracks are not covered by that warranty. We can only assume the the crack may have developed due to the way it was installed or a flaw in the window for lack of a better understanding. We contacted Karen at Window Sales and Service to have the broken window repaired. We sent photos and measurements, and she looked up our original order from 2017 to get the proper window ordered from PGT. It took Karen 5 weeks just to get us the cost estimate for replacing the window, and that was before the order was even placed. During the course of the next several months we had to call Karen multiple times to find out when the replacement window would be arriving. I might add that Karen would never call us or return our calls when we were trying to find out what was happening with our order. And when we did talk with her, she always said she had no idea what was happening, and she would get back with us, which she never did. So now it is over 5 months since we started the quest to have Window Sales and Service replace the broken window, and we are no further along in having the problem resolved. The last time I talked to Karen was in October with the understanding that the window was due in within a week or two, and she would call to set up the installation. Needless to say she never called us. Today, after 2 months since our last conversation, I talked to her and she had no idea where the window was, or what happened to our order. She had made no effort to communicate with us, or to find out what was happening. Her only excuse seemed to be that she has been too busy to find out, too busy to reach out to us, and that we would need to place the order again. Needless to say, we have stopped pursuing the repair of this window with them. From our personal experience with Window Sales and Service, we have found it to be a totally frustrating experience, amazed by the incompetence and their gross lack of consideration for their customer. We definitely cannot recommend Window Sales and Service for any window related project.
