I spent 14k on 9 panes of glass and one failed and they refused to fix it despite it being their error. They were also deceptive and would not tell me what really happened despite me questioning multiple time how could this happen. I was out of state at the time and when I returned and fully examined the failed window I realized it was completely due to them not installing stops on the top of the window which essentially holds the window in place!

But HBS made it easy. They asked me to take photos of the windows, I did and emailed them and a few hours later the appointment was made and kept.
