She recovered a cat-scratched West Elm chair with two favorite fabrics that had been hibernating in my closet for far too long. Now it's a perfect fit for The Jetsons' living room. Quality workmanship and reasonably priced, Tonie will work with you on tricky projects. I had botched a large sofa cushion trying to do it myself (bad idea). She took it apart and with some of my leftover fabric re-sewed it and pieced it together where it's completely unnoticeable. Highly recommend.

Oscar's staff explained and talked me into just doing simple piping along the base and around all the pillows. the day before delivery I called to confirm (I was really worried they won't make it for my party scheduled day after delivery), then again the morning of delivery and late afternoon. they finally delivered around 5pm on delivery day, 2hrs after their closing time. the sofas looked really nice and the simple piping actually enhanced the seat cushions. we really like it. I tried to fix it myself with all kinds of super glue, gorilla glue, even duct tape. It was a mess. I was looking at expensive estimates to replace the entire convertible top-- just because it was ungluing! That was the only solution according to all the other shops I visited! Well, not Mario's shop. He saved me *hundreds* of dollars. He was able to glue it back together and it perfectly withstood the California elements. I even sold the Mustang a year later for more than I expected-- all thanks to Mario's amazing handiwork. I couldn't have done it without him! Thank you so much! ~ Sincerely, La Pocha

After sending him a couple videos and talking back and showing him the frayed cables and the plate he came up with a plan on how he would do it. He said could do it and when he gets a chance. This had been months so we were patient since he had the confidence in doing the repair. He said to bring the car in on Friday night (assumed he would work on it when it cooled down) whenever he gets a chance. He calls later that night asking how to lower the top my husband explains it to him. He then calls Monday and says he was not going to do it.
