They even took proper measurements, generated renders to discuss options, sent the breakdown estimate of work and materials required in a pdf, let me see the exact materials they were going to buy, and then even got the price down to cheaper than the original estimate by the end of the job. They also offered to apply more sealant to the yard to keep it intact in bad weather. The backyard took 2-3 days. Front yard clearing took one afternoon. I am in love with the work, and now I love to be in my yard. They are excellent at asking you if you need any additional help and giving advice on future plans (for example, I want to add more plants and vegetables in my yard, and they are knowledgeable). In the past week, I have used these guys twice…read more I initially needed to find a company that could haul away trash from a 5 story townhouse on the Upper East Side. Lots of miscellaneous things, including multiple mattresses, heavy wooden tables, couches, etc. I needed a professional and affordable company that could show up the next day. This wasn't my home, this was an asset that I manage for work. It was imperative for me to get this done right because I had people to answer to. Not all of the furniture fit thru the doors, so these guys had to take a lot of it apart. They worked quickly, were super friendly, and the price was truly a deal!!! I was impressed with how careful they were removing things. It is so easy to mess up floors, walls, etc if things are removed carelessly. By the time they were done, their entire truck was jam packed (see pic). These guys treat the project as if their working in their own homes, which is why I hired them a second time to come clean out my apartment in Brooklyn as I was moving. I needed a heavy bed frame thrown out, a 2 piece couch, 2 glass patio tables, 2 dressers, a small table, along with miscellaneous trash in a few garbage bags. Trust me, it is easier to hire someone to do this instead of trying to coordinate throwing all of this out via street trash. Hauling it down is hard, breaking it up is even worse, but making sure santitation takes everything and avoiding tickets is close to impossible. Use these guys, you will not regret it!
