Nothing was impossible, as more and more surprises revealed themselves - after 32 years in our offices, the buildouts were extensive with all those years of accumulated junk! We hired Grazia Concept for the demolition on 2 floors, totaling approximately 3500 sq ft. Post demolition, plaster walls needed repairing, repainting, junk needed to be hauled and an entire 1800 sq ft of wood flooring needed to be patched, sanded and stained.
