I sent them photos and they told me I would have to pay an extra $500 to fix. I honestly believe they break things to charge you extra to fix them. They said it was because I wasn't watering enough. I was paying over $300 a month in monthly water with most of it going to irrigation. Which was fine, but they never communicated I needed to water more. They have my cell number and could've communicated anytime, but waited until I asked about how dry it was to then request more money. I would stay very clear of this company.

Thank you to Cesar, Gus, Tony, Carlos, Gabriel, and all of the highly skilled workers who made my dream patio come true. One year ago, a terrible storm destroyed my pergola, kitchen counter, and Grill appliances. The Rivers team exceeded all of my expectations and created a masterpiece. They took care of the concept, all design details, the permit process, the coordination of suppliers and equipment, new utilities, and the installation. The work included installing a 30' X 30' Pergola, upgrading the outdoor wall lighting, creating a rose garden, new sod on the lawn, restoring the irrigation system, restoring the landscape lighting, and of course creating a new chef's kitchen.
