Trenchers Delicatessen - Homemade chips. Would be awesome if they had a chip seasoning bar. Like pickle seasoning, ranch powder, cheese powder, etc

I placed a delivery order and was blown away by how good everything was. I tried two half…read moresandwiches and two cookies, and each item impressed me. Both sandwiches came with homemade potato chips, a mix of regular and sweet potato and they were absolutely delicious. The Dutch Crunch Sandwich was packed with turkey, bacon, swiss, tomato, arugula, and avocado mayo on dutch crunch bread. They don't skimp on toppings at all, there was plenty of turkey and bacon, and every bite was flavorful. Dalton's Double Deuce was another standout. Ham, egg salad, olive tapenade, and arugula on a fresh Italian roll. It felt like a grown up version of an egg salad sandwich. The olive tapenade adds a great punch of flavor, though it leans a little salty. And the cookies... unbelievably good. Truly some of the best cookies I've had. The Brown Sugar Cookie has a gooey center and deep caramel flavor, and the Oatmeal Cookie without no raisins, surprised me, I didn't miss the raisins at all. It tastes like it has a light honey glaze to me, and it's phenomenal. Trenchers is definitely a new favorite.

Wow, the sandwich was amazing! I got the Stram Don, and it absolutely hit the spot. The pastrami…read morewas hot and flavorful, paired perfectly with the coleslaw and a fresh, soft roll. I ordered the full size, and it was huge. I ended up splitting it into two meals. My only complaint was the house-made chips. They seemed like they had been fried ahead of time because by the time I got them, they were soggy, which was a bit disappointing. I paired everything with a root beer, and overall it was a fantastic meal. Aside from the chips, I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back.

Got into Tulsa around 1pm and was quite hungry. Checked in to my hotel and then hit up a local…read moresandwich shop. Capriottis it was. Service was fantastic! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The food wasn't very good in my opinion. I chose the turkey sandwich. Although the turkey was real turkey breast, not deli meat, it didn't have a lot of flavor. There also weren't a lot of toppings, and bread ratio was too bready. There isn't an option to "build your own" like Jersey Mikes or Subway, so you're kind of stuck with what you get. It wasn't awful, just not that good. Service made up for mediocre food.

Neither looked up to see me standing there. After six minutes standing there one looked at me. Came up and asked me if she could help me. I told her my name and was there to pickup my sandwiches. With this "you dumb butt look" and said "it's right over there"and walked off. Remember I've never been there before and I hadn't seen the shelf holding our food. Place is small with six or so tables. Got home with our sandwiches. My Italian Sub was SO WET AND SOGGY! The lettuce and thinly sliced tomato were drenched in some unidentified liquid substance. I pulled all of the let out of the sub. Leaving me with a bun that was falling apart. Torn off about half of the top and bottom of the bun. Flavor of meat was okay at its best. I ate one half Wife's Homemade Turkey sub was bland and tasteless. She ate 1/3 of one half. Two bags of chips were the hit of the meal. $29.60 wasted. Can't say we didn't try.

My Fiancée and I had been out running around together and I got hungry and wanted a sandwich ,I had…read moreseen the name of this place pop up on Yelp and I looked over and there it was.So I go in and am greeted by an older silver haired gentleman who was beyond polite and gave me time to figure out what I'd like,he also guided me smoothly with my choices. The sandwiches came out within 7 minutes and I proceeded to a nice spot in the back of the parking lot to indulge in.Man these sandwiches were so good both my socks flew off! One hot Italian that tasted like it came from Sicily and a Philly cheese that reminded me of West Philadelphia!I could eat here once a week and I'm kinda mad there's not one close to me!

They even customized her sandwich a bit. When we were leaving, they got her a water to go. Nice touches and it was appreciated. I tried the regular cheese steak with sweet peppers. I didn't get a lot of cheese or mushrooms but the meat was good and tender. (I just wanted more cheese and mushrooms, and peppers for that matter.) I ordered a small and know they are SMALL. I did love the bread. My aunt got the pastrami signature sandwich without the coleslaw. She said it was great (and she can be a bit picky sometimes). :) We went around 11:15 and we were the only ones there. By the time we left, it was filling up. It's a small spot and they were doing a lot of carryout orders. I did like that they have one flavor of Stubborn soda--Agave Cream--on tap. So good! I will be back.

I LOVE the chia pudding. It's the most delicious, satisfying breakfast ever. If you want something…read morelight, not savory but not too sweet, this is it. I promise it doesn't taste weird or have any strange textures. It's just delicious. The place is really cute, and the servers there are great. This area of Tulsa is one of those pocket neighborhoods that feels like it simultaneously belongs…read moresomewhere else and is quintessentially T-Town. The same could be said about Maple Ridge Grocer but with time. As you walk into the restaurant the well lit bar area is to your left with most of the dining area to the right. The colors inside are retro bubble gum pink and light blue with booths, low top and high top seating options inside and a patio. My coworker and I were meeting others for a team dinner so decided to sample the bar offerings as we waited. I ordered their non-alcoholic Lavender French 75, which came in a champagne glass. Sweet but refreshing, it reminded me of a drink that I used to order at a now closed coffee shop in Greenwood. For the sober crowd, you feel "included" with this drink without sacrificing the aesthetic. My friend opted for their mescal based cocktail Smoked Apple Cider and while I didn't taste it myself, she said that the "smoked" was slightly more than her preference but still tasted delicious. For appetizers we ordered their Fried Pickle Basket with various vegetables mixed in (including some green tomatoes!) and their queso, served with thinner cut wedge fries. The Fried pickle basket's offerings were a hit with the table but not so much the queso. It tasted good, but I think we had a pre-conceived notion of "queso" that didn't match the delivery. It happens and I would recommend still trying it as something beyond what you're used to. :) My entree was the cider pork chop that came with fried Brussel sprouts that I ordered extra crispy, cheddar grits, and an apple au jus on top. The pork was cooked well! It was bone in which is difficult to nail. The grits were good and I liked that it was the "bed" of the chop so all those delish juices mixed with the fine ground grits. For the brussell sprouts, I loved the fry on them but wish they have removed more of the stem. I ate around it and I am sure it's more of my personal preference than anything. I will say that if you aren't a "sweet" food person, get the au jus on the side. Something of note is that this place has ice water galore in carafes on the table but only serve soda in cans or bottles. They also didn't have sweet tea and I can't remember if they said they had unsweet tea or not. Another couple of notes: - These seem to be high quality ingredients across the board and the menu is small and seasonal. That also means the prices are going to reflect that, so don't expect chain restaurant price tags for a local experience. - This place also serves what looks like a fantastic spread for breakfast and brunch, so that just means I'll simply have to come back so I can have the full (yummy!) experience. - There is limited parking near the restaurant but it was easy to find parking near where you would park to do the walking trail near there, directly across the street from the Mercury Lounge near the other black building (name escapes me, I'm sorry!) Last but not least: Mariah was our waitress for a table of 8 and she was phenomenal, alongside her coworker whose name I didn't catch, unfortunately. Also the bartender/host was also helpful and kind when making our drink selections.
