We came around 2 after the lunch crowd . They had lots of pizza out but it did not seem very fresh . They put a few new pizzas out while we were there but feel like they should have gotten rid of the older pizza and offered fresh . I am aware you can make request but didn't have the time . I took the kiddos here and within an hr we were all sick. We also did not realize they did not use the Mr. Gatti card and when I asked if I could get some cash for the games the told me no. Worst Gattis experience we have ever had. read more

I really like this Gattis in Leitchfeild BUT something they do makes absolutely zero since. I don't care for cheddar cheese on my salad and asked for a handful of mozzarella cheese and was told we can't do this. Then I said what if I pay extra? THE MANAGER said they would have to check on this. What the hell makes a difference if I put extra cheese on a pizza or a salad if I pay extra for it?? Again...I can pay for extra cheese on a pizza but not on a salad????? I despise a manager that doesn't have the balls to make a simple decision. If you can't be a manager.... what use are you??? We live in Nashville and really miss Gattis so we googled the closest one and made our way up there . It was worth every bit of the drive ! My wife and I were greeted very nicely by either a manager or owner and the kitchen area and buffet were very clean . I don't know if it had just been so long since I've had it or if it was the best Gattis I had ever had which is saying a lot . My favorite was the pepperoni thin crust and my wife had a new favorite pizza she calls the hot pepper pizza . A guy asked for hot peppers on a pizza and then they made it for the buffet by request . I will definitely be going back soon and if anyone is wondering whether it's worth the ride to get your Gattis fix I'm here to tell you it's worth every bit . read more

My family and I visited this location last week. We were not pleased. The pizza has very little sauce or cheese. The buffett only had combo or pepperoni and the tables were filthy. My son went to the arcade and it was super hot inside the closet sized arcade. Only 3 games worked. I have heard from others that the Elizabethtown location is much better. Not sure if I want to take the chance on wasting more money on them. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will never return here. The food was old. The pizza didn't have enough sauce and the cheese sticks barely had cheese and looked dry. When they did put out fresh food, the lady behind the counter took most of it. Just an awful experience and wish I hadn't paid for terrible food. read more

I don't understand why locals like this place so much. The food tastes cheap and I absolutely dread when my kid wants to go here, she just likes the super small "game room" they have (which is extremely small, maybe five people can fit in there). The only thing that is half decent here is the salad bar. If you go here, stick to the salad bar. If you want good pizza, don't come here. The pizza is horrible. Every time I have taken my child here, I am constantly reminded why I hate it so much. Not only is the pizza absolutely awful, it is always extremely loud. There is always messes around tables and I question if they ever clean their shakers they set out on tables. The workers wipe table after table...never see them spray a cleaner of any kind. So...are they basically taking a wet washrag and just wiping table after table? As many locals that frequent here, I really hope not. The workers look so miserable, I feel sorry for them. There's much better places in town. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
