Absolutely delicious tonight! We haven't had Pizza Hut in years. Driving around this town looking for dinner and we passed them up. Turned around and went back. Not realizing they were in the strip mall we passed them up again! Very hard to see from the road if you don't know it's back there. We got excited for a minute when we noticed they had a dining room. However the owners have decided to not open the dining room. We placed a to go order and went back out to the car. The order was ready just as promised. It smelled so good we couldn't help ourselves and ate in the parking lot. We both scarfed down a couple slices and a breadstick. It was so damn good. Recommend and will definitely return! read more

At no time will I ever expect the standards of towns and counties outside of the coastal cities of the West and East states, to be on the fantasy luxury life experience, that those hub areas provide. This Pizza Hut falls into the outdated decorum restaurant. But where they shine at, is in their unique southern hospitality and the quality food that is produced. We purchased 2 large any topping pizzas and 18 party wings (mix of Lemon pepper, Hot Buffalo, and Spicy Garlic). It took 20 minutes for our order, but in no way was it like the Pizza Hut Express food I know well in DC and rarely eat. The pizzas were so flavor filled;as if made freshly, straight out of an authentic NYC pizzeria. The lemon pepper rub; Amazing! The spicy garlic; Mwhoa! The hot buffalo; Nose sweating good! Hopefully we get to stop by before the return home. I'll certainly add a bookmark to route restaurant. read more

Pizza Hut in the Southgate mall is filthy. From the head rest on the booths to the credit card payment key pad that I loathe to touch. The walls and booths are grimy and the buffet table looks like it has never been cleaned. Surprise surprise! The pizza tasted awful like it was made in a dirty pan. If you always order delivery, maybe stop by and see what the restaurant looks like. The people are nice. read more

Ok so I've ordered delivery three times from them and everytime something was wrong. Frist time they forgot my crust flavor. Second time they messed up the toppings so i called and they sent a replacement and surprise the toppings were meased up on it too. The third time they messed up on my crust flavorings again. I heard they have a lack of management but it doesn't take a bright one to read a ticket from online orders. read more

Ok, so we were enticed by their advertised "Cheesy Bites" Did not expect the high price, close to $15.00. It was just pepperoni, no extras. We were seriously enticed by it. Only got one small container of dipping sauce, really??? Got home and put extra toppings on it. Wow, if that was cheesy bites, then that a sorry excuse for it. Ordered online on the app as we always do and got a call from the store stating that they didn't have a driver to do delivery. They stated that they would credit my money back in 2-5 business days on my card and explained that if I wanted to switch my order to carry out they would have to charge me for my order again without a delivery fee. So basically, I had to pay for two meals just to receive one and I'm waiting on them to credit my original order back to my bank card. What a screwed up deal! Don't order delivery on the online app and pay with a debit/credit card and expect to get your food cause that won't happen unless you end paying for it twice and then go pick it up yourself! This place needs to get their stuff together! Dakota, the manager on duty just blamed the situation at hand on corporate having a bad system that won't let them change things from delivery to carry out in the store and complained about not being able to keep a driver! Got two large pizza for 10$ a piece was a good deal. Got carry out and waited. Said it would be 20 mins it was done in 45 and they called out the wrong name when it was done and when I asked 10 mins later they said they yelled out my name. Then said well you must if not been paying attention or talking to much. As we were leaving she said it again that we must have not been listening. I know we where. Even if we weren't why wouldn't they yell it out twice or check the lobby at least. Hope this review can help you with you choice of place for pizza. read more

This Pizza hut doesn't deliver until 5pm and yet will take orders, make them, and guarantee delivery an hour earlier than their delivery people are scheduled to show up. When we called to ask where the order was the person on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on us as I was asking to get a refund and cancel the order. This pizza hut has taken longer than usual to make deliveries in the past but this was ridiculous. If you want pizza in Leitchfield go with Papa Johns. They are prompt, polite, and have a great rewards program. We were foolish to try and order from the Pizza hut that has sporadic hours and more often than not runs out of basic essentials like pizza crust. Save yourself the trouble and eat anywhere else. p.s. They do not even do a salad bar if you eat dinner in the restaurant. It just sits there empty. Ridiculous. read more

So, Me and my son also my boyfriend went in to pizza hut today in Leitchfield ky and had a TERRIBLE experience. As we walked in there were 3 women sitting in a back booth playing on there phones, also they approached us to proceed with our order, 2 women came up to us and we did not know who our waitress was because none of them gave us there name and or barely greeted us.... We were asked what kind of pizza we would like if we ate the buffet offered for 5.99$ and we asked what kind of pizzas they provide on the buffet and the girl told us.. ( she state one of your fav pizzas) then as we agreed to our fav pizza which would be the bbq chicken pizza she then said "(okay yeah, great we can make the bbq chicken pizza but we have NO CHICKEN !! so I said well that's what makes the chicken the bbq chicken and she said " well we can put the sauce (bbq) and the peppers and onions" BUT we don't have much chicken, I then looked at my boyfriend and said... okay how about meat lovers or Hawaiin?? so we told the waitress what we would like for the buffet pizza and she told us it would be out in a couple mins, we then sat down with NO silver wear... went and got a salad.... waited about 20 mins (as we were waiting on pizza that was supposed to be on the buffet ) we then heard some employee in the back cuss repeatedly and as the girls were sitting in the booth she then said "we have customers don't cuss" then they proceeded too LAUGH!! YIKES!! we waited another 30 mins when about 15 mins before we were told that AGAIN that the pizza was almost out... as they were still laughing and cussing in front of my son and my boyfriend along with myself.... so finally my boyfriend went up to pay and the little girl said " your pizza is almost out, you can take it with you because we are sorry about your wait!!! we said NO THANK YOU! paid and LEFT! Horrible pizza. So dry as to suspect no sauce. Had extra cheese added along with tomato. If that was extra cheese, I wonder what they would put on it with out having extra. I've had Pizza Hut from in other cities before. Hard to believe that this one follows the directions of the chain. I've had pizza from this place maybe 5 times. Never good. I absolutely adore this place. Their pan crust is to die for, and all of their toppings are in ship-shape! Every time, I order carryout, and I always have my order ready by the time I get there. They are extremely polite, and I would recommend them to anyone who asked. read more
