We came here for a birthday party with about 14 people. It was very busy and the cashiers/managers were obviously and understandably overwhelmed. I started with a salad and some of the ingredients had a "not fresh" taste to them but overall just your average salad. We called ahead and took a group of about twenty-five for food and games. The manager Eric was very helpful and checked in on us several times. The other employees were friendly as well. I walked in and was ignored by two different staff, as I stood in front of them for 2-3 minutes. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged in any way. One young woman said "Yeah, it's break time for me" and smirked at another employee as she walked away. Her replacement walked up and started typing on the computer screen, still without acknowledging my presence. This is one of the worst places I've been to, to eat pizza. I am Italian and this is far from Italian food. I didn't expect fresh from Italy by no means, however even Fazzolis comes closer than this. The food is cold the pasta sauce watered down. If you have a choice to go somewhere else than do it. Upon arrival to this location staff was very nice and very busy. They made sure the buffet was stocked. The arcade is huge! So many selections in gaming. My only concern with this establishment is the interior design. Feels very out dated and poorly decorated. Food was amazing. Staff was friendly just the interior made it feel cheap. Two stars is a stretch. The place was pretty clean and the salad bar didn't kill me. The pizza tasted like sauce and that's about it. I was made to purchase a drink for $1.89 even for just water because "they were unable to watch me to make sure I just had water." I will most likely never eat here again. read more

Just FYI, everyone: this is from my niece.. and I can verify the first time it happened as the manager did not want to supply us a spatula to cut Aubreys cake. : Unfortunately, while Mr Gattis in the Corbin location is under new management, it seems it is still unorganized, As I checked out for myself and my daughter and my brother who is 11, I paid in the check outline for tokens also. The girl who checked me out said they are running a special. And when we were done eating take the print out to the back to get tokens. I didnt think anything about it. I paid, we ate, then when I took the receipt to the back the manager came up and said we underpaid. I did as instructed. This is the second time in a few months the same manager has tried to get more money. Needless to say my 3 year old daughter and my 11 year old brother was not able to play games. read more

Absolutely my favorite pizza place...Love being able to order your favorite pizza on the bar...love their bbq chicken pizza.

I am a big fan of the Gatti's chain, this is the worst I have ever been in. We had lunch on a Saturday at 1 pm, when my wife requested their bbq chicken pizza they told her they had no chicken. There were none of their premium pizzas available, their desert pizzas were no better. read more

Good pizza and makes different kinds. Reasonable price. Only thing I would really complain about are the toys the kids gotta play to win tickets to just get the toys. Cheap toys you gotta have least 100+ to get, when you can go to the dollar tree buy for a dollar. read more
