I came into Sauced around 4:45 p.m. on a hot day with my fully trained service dog, who was resting quietly in a small carrier. When the staff asked what was in the crate, I let them know she was my service animal. They immediately asked if she had a vest, and I explained that she does not need to wear one under federal law. Despite this, they refused to serve me inside and said I could only sit outside on the patio--even though it was 85 degrees and my dog was overheated. The manager wasn't on-site, but the employee called them, and they confirmed by phone that they would not allow us inside without a vest, which is a direct violation of the ADA. I left feeling humiliated and discriminated against. I've since filed a complaint with the Department of Justice. I hope this business gets proper training on the rights of people with service animals. read more

Great concept! Ordering was kind of like going down a buffet line. All the employees were super friendly and thoroughly explained how to order. We had a salad and large pizza. They let us bring our dogs to the patio. We had a nice conversation with an employee who moved from Florida a few years ago. We're transplants from Ventura, California, so we had lots to talk about. Another employee brought our dogs some water. You know, it's those little things that count! Friendly, helpful, kind employees, and good, fresh food at fair prices! My husband and I came in today for the first time being new to the area and I'm So happy we did - we were both immediately welcomed in with welcoming smiles and friendly hellos from both ladies working ! We were both able to witness our pizza being made with good looking toppings and the items on our pizzas were plentiful as well ! Great service , delicious pizza and totally reasonable prices as well - i highly recommend this amazing establishment! I had heard a lot about Sauced and was excited to try it one Friday night with a friend. It's a similar concept to Blaze in Knoxville: you choose your sauce, cheese, and all your toppings. This being Pineville and not Knoxville, there are fewer toppings, less of a cheese selection, and the pizzas themselves are a little smaller. It's still good though and the place was busy on a Friday night. I was glad to try it and I'd definitely go again the next time I'm in Pineville. read more

It truly saddens me to have to type this, but this morning is the final straw. The food at both locations is GREAT! HOWEVER, something in their handling and/or sanitation must be off. Every time we have been to either their London or Pineville location we all get very sick. I had sworn the place off after 2-3 trips with this happening. I had 5 business associates with me yesterday in Pineville and without thinking we stopped in, needing a decent quick serve meal. 2 had to return to Atlanta after the visit, others to Lexington. Evidently it hit them on their way home and made for terrible road travel. I didn't get sick until approx. 4 am. As I write this I'm in misery, with every stomach symptom one could have. We had a day trip to several distilleries, including a private tasting at Buffalo Trace, but I'm in bed now. I want to love Sauced. It's local, it's a neat concept (subway but pizza), and it's quick service. As long as everyone I know, my own friend/family circle, and business guests get sick from the food, we won't be going back for a long time, if ever. read more

Fresh pasta,salad and pizzas made as soon as you choose the toppings! Staff were really nice and very helpful with suggestions. We were in town for a funeral and being able to sit together and enjoy a quick meal really made things easier. Casual ambiance made it an easy stop with kids too! The back porch is so neat. We found this place through Yelp when passing through KY. They have great prices and lots of choices. You first pick a pizza, salad, or pasta. We chose the 16 inch pizza available after 3 pm. Then we chose their "homemade " sauce. The toppings are unlimited so we got red onions, black olives, artichoke hearts, Pepperoni, sausage, bacon, ham and meatballs. There are lots of other choices. The pizza cooked super fast and was delicious. We will go there again for sure. read more

If you haven't checked out Sauced yet you're missing out. Great concept, great food, friendly staff and the sauce! This alfredo is not from a jar, it's homemade and it's fantastic. The pizza is great as well. Just choose either the tomato based sauce or a sweeter version and they'll pile on the cheese and whatever else you want from their wide selection of always fresh toppings. This is a fantastic place in a cute little town! Everyone is SO friendly here. There is a great selection of ingredients to choose from. They serve Coke which already was a winner in my book. The homemade sauce is delicious. The cookies are soft and oh so yummy! 10" pizza is bigger than I thought! The create your own pizza, pasta or salad is wonderful. Pizza is by far my favorite food and this comes close to the top 5 pizza places I've had (behind Honolulu, HI & wood fired pizza at a vineyard). The quality of food is excellent for the speed of service as well as the size of the town. I usually get pizza with their homemade base as well as cheese sticks and a cookie for dessert. The staff have always been friendly and the establishment has been clean every time. When the weather is warm, there is a nice patio area in the back to eat and chat with friends. This is by far the best restaurant we found in the quaint tiny town of Pineville Kentucky. Service was fast and polite. The restaurant was very clean, however there was a little pizza fog from the oven. They offer two sauces for their pizza/pasta - a traditional tomato paste and a house made "signature" sauce. I HIGHLY recommend the signature sauce. To me it tasted like roasted smokey tomatoes were used. It was sweet and savory and went well with my chunky pineapple-pepperoni pizza!!! The crust was nice and yeasty. I do however wish it was a little crispier. My next visit to Pine Mountain State Park, I will be back!!! read more

Great food. However some staff is rude or just seems to be in lala land. Also when ordering a pizza I would rather have ranch than their "special sauce" and they are not generous wit the ranch. For one small squirt cost 1$ extra. We shouldn't be penalized because honestly the sauce you make isn't good. Crazy the place is named sauce, claims to make homemade sauce and the sauce is horrible. Me and two of my friends ate at Sauced for the first time. It was small...and with a very select menu the pizza was cooked good and the Alfredo pasta was really good. The have few booths and several tables. The staff was very attentive and they took our order and was very quick and curious. We had pizza and pasta... Both was very good.!
