On the off chance that something is on backorder, they will let you know and it generally gets to you within the next few days. Finally, lets discuss what makes or breaks a company; customer service. As stated above, they really do a great job, but I made a mistake a few orders ago and needed to add something to my existing order, so I sent an email to them and asked if it was too late to add the extra 2 items.
