Over 20 years ago, I purchased a Brother 180D embroidery machine from Lisa, and that machine lasted me more than 20 years! I recently purchased a Brother NQ1700E from her, and once again, Lisa was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire process. Even though Lisa is in New York and I'm in Florida, I've been able to call her several times with questions, and she is always so pleasant, patient, and willing to help. She treats me like we've known each other forever--more like a good friend than a customer. That kind of customer service is incredibly hard to find these days! I more than highly recommend Mr. Vac & Mrs. Sew for all of your vacuum, sewing, and embroidery needs! If you're looking for someone who truly knows their products and genuinely cares about their customers, Lisa is your person! Than you, Lisa Susan Smith

It shut down on Thanksgiving Day while I was preparing dinner for 12 people in our newly renovated kitchen. GE Bodewell "repaired" FOUR times. Within minutes of the repair tech leaving our house EVERY TIME the bottom oven beeped, showed faults, smelled awful and shut down. I spent literally hours trying to speak to an actual person at GE. I finally spoke to someone who promised that the situation would be escalated and my request for a SAFE replacement would be "considered ". They eventually refused to do more than send another technician. I didn't have an oven for Christmas dinner, either. Appliance World did NOT HAVE to help in any capacity other than to contact GE. BUT THEY DID!!! They replaced, delivered and installed my new range this morning--all at their own expense. We've been loyal Appliance World customers for years, and will continue to go to them for our next appliance purchase. THANK YOU!! I want to add that we received frequent updates concerning delivery and installation times and Oscar and his crew were extremely efficient, helpful and professional. They were careful and respectful of our property and left the job impeccably clean and neat.

Very sad since we have bought a ton of other appliances from here in the past.

BUYER BEWARE -- MY EXPERIENCE WITH BELLMORE HARLEY-DAVIDSON…read more I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a motorcycle from Bellmore Harley-Davidson read this before signing anything. My experience with salesman Tony was extremely disappointing. During the sales process, I was told that several items--including the GPS, warranty, service, and alarm--were included in the deal. I relied on those representations when agreeing to the purchase. After the deal was completed, I discovered that $1,850 in additional charges for those items had been added to my loan. That is not a minor misunderstanding. That is a significant amount of money, and it completely changed the financial terms of the deal I believed I had agreed to. I immediately challenged the charges and demanded that the situation be corrected. To their credit, the finance manager ultimately reimbursed me the full $1,850 in cash, and I have a text confirmation documenting that reimbursement. But here's the problem: I should never have had to fight to get that money back in the first place. A motorcycle dealership should operate on transparency and trust. If a salesperson tells a customer something is included in the purchase price, the customer should be able to rely on that statement--not discover after the paperwork is signed that thousands of dollars have been added to the financing. The fact that I ultimately received my $1,850 back does not erase the experience or the complete lack of confidence it created in the transaction. My advice: get EVERY promise in writing, scrutinize every line of the purchase agreement and financing documents, and do not assume that anything a salesperson tells you is actually included unless you can see it in writing. I walked into Bellmore Harley-Davidson expecting to buy a motorcycle and trust the people selling it to me. I walked away feeling like I had to fight to make sure I wasn't charged for things I was told were already included. Tony and Bellmore Harley-Davidson: this is not how you earn a customer's trust--or their repeat business. Five stars? Absolutely not. My experience: 1/5.

I bought my Harley and right away signed up for HOG and I also signed up for the local Nassau county Harley owners group. I got my welcome package from Harley Davidson pretty quick and I waited for months for anything from the local chapter and never heard anything not even peep. I saw the local chapter at the local dealership one Saturday by chance before they went on a scheduled group ride and inquired that I never received anything, the local rep told me * Sure let me check give me your email and I'll send you our news letter right away" Months went by and never heard anything and never even received any emails or newsletter. So I paid the local chapter dues only to be taken for a ride, because I never received anything and now almost a year I should get a refund because it's not fair to pay get jack squat In return. So now I want to sell my Harley and get a Triumph or even better get an Indian. I was about to get an Indian before I got the Harley thinking Harley is a closer group of people. Wow was I wrong.
