The "system" in place is archaic - just orders scribbled on random scribbled pieces of paper which I'm sure leads to missing items if you aren't diligent about specifying what you are there to pick up and what is in your order. Most recent visit I was told it'd be 40-45 minutes. Turned out to be more like 80 minutes, 40 of which were spent sitting in one of the aforementioned chairs at one of the aforementioned tables with a bunch of other people waiting for their orders.
