The food at the tasting was delicious, and we knew our guests would love it. We chose to go with two tapas stations with shrimp and grits, haricots verts, caesar salad, panzanella salad, wild mushroom ravioli, bourbon + pecan grilled chicken, mac n cheese, and coca cola glazed ham. They were able to accommodate a few guests who are vegan (and one with a soy allergy) with a rigatoni lentil bolognese and vegan panzanella salad. It meant a lot to us that they were able to make these modifications. We also had the fried chicken endive cups, carolina pulled pork on corn muffins, and fried green tomatoes (*drool*) as our hors d'oeuvres. For dessert, we had a special 24" wide cake from Cake by Anna and mini red velvet and mini smores cupcakes. (Thanks to Esther and team for cutting that cake!) Everything went absolutely flawlessly and multiple times our guests told us how much they enjoyed the food and the wedding. Thanks again to the SIMB team for all their hard work.
