I could see the street sign where I would have turned to get to my house. I was paying for the tow myself since I only had liability insurance. To get pulled out of the hole and have my car dropped off less than a half mile at my house was going to cost $125. I was waiting on a Zelle transfer I had sent from one account to another to go through. Zelle transfers are usually instant but this one was taking awhile probably because of the large amount. I told him the situation and he took my car back to their shop and held it hostage until I got the money. He told me I was lucky he didn't impound it. I lost my glasses when I hit the hole. When I walked the two minutes home, found another pair of glasses, I had the transfer completed immediately. I sent him a text that I had the money and was walking to the store down from me to use their ATM to get the cash he requested. Even though on their website it says they accept credit and debit cards. The total i had to pay was $150. Him holding my car hostage cost another $25 for him to return it to me. That was a really good payday for them. They did little to nothing and made $150 for it You would have to be rich to get towed very far by them. Less than a half mile to my house cost me $125 plus an extra $25 because they had to wait 10 minutes on the money They really know how to take advantage of a woman. Shame on this business. Just pitiful.

I needed to get a 9x9 shed moved from lowe's parking lot to my house. They said they could do it and we set up a date/time. I went there at the time for pick up. The guy was friendly. I helped him get the shed strapped in and pulled onto the the truck. When he followed me to my house, I told him to back down the side of the barn to drop it. He decided to drive around the barn instead. He proceeded to drive through my barn electric line and ripped it off my barn. I was screaming he was in my line, but it was too late. He powered through and pulled it off and I just got it installed on my barn that week. I tacked it up a bit after the shed was placed. Then had to pay $100 to have the electrician to come back and place it back where it was. I have tried to call the phone number so many times since that day to report the rogue move the driver took to break my electric line, but never an answer. The voice mail is full. Really pointless. Really poor customer service. A $300 tow job ended up costing me $400 after paying my electrician to fix the power line the driver ripped down. i won't be using them again. Don't even know if this is a legit company. If so it is poorly ran. Really not happy with their performance and customer service.

They were very helpful and went out of their way to make the experience painless. Not only did they drive to another location to get us a replacement for the faulty tire, but they also got us two new used tires, and replaced the back two tires to make sure we were safe for our trip back. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat! They already had great prices, and on top of that, gave us a veteran discount, AND were professional and friendly AND quick - an overall great experience!

Bring your car here for tires. That's it. Nothing more. Let me take you on a journey through our…read moreday. So my mother and myself came here for 2 vehicles, each had worn threads, and we needed to have them replaced. Ish had no issues opening the shop after he closed early (I guess for no business), and had apparently come all the way from Lexington. Props to him. The tires were replaced, no big deal there, pretty standard, and the car was actually driving better than before, so perfect. I believe even came time to balance the tires. My moms process had the same treatment. Then the chaos begins. Ish steps out of his boundaries to say "your wheel bearing is shot, we need to replace it." I knew, as my girlfriends father looked at my car. He was able to shake the wheel a little and told me the same thing. Something in me told me that Ish was not the guy for this, but where he charged 90$ for labor and the parts were to be found elsewhere, I had to buy into it. So we took the deal and proceeded forward. Pretty fire. Few days past, our parts are in, and Ish even extends the hand to say "hey, we'll put new lugs and studs on your car, you're missing some." My dude, that's so fire, let's do it. So not Ish, but a "mechanic" of his worked on my car, all seemed well until after the repair. Where the ABS was throwing an error on the dashboard, I felt extremely upset. Immediately, and with my lack of mechanical experience as I've only taken an auto class in high school, go eagles, I knew the ABS was probably disconnected, but I follow a great "you break it, you fix it." Which, in this beautiful example, I did not. So Ish knew he messed me up and referred me over to a friend in Lexington. Luckily, I was in the area and the buddy he referred me to was close by. His buddy found that the ABS was in fact disconnected and simply reconnected it. I also found that the original issue was the front motor mount that was making the sound that the wheel bearing was supposed to fix, but I wanted to ignore it, and think it was something less. But oh well! But the fun doesn't stop there, boys. My mom owns a Subaru, the one to be the safest in the market. After finding the ABS was throwing errors, I warned her not to get her brakes replaced by Ish, but she continues anyways. Momma knows best? (Love you mom, don't hurt me.) but then guess.. what? The "safest vehicle on the market" no longer has my mom feeling so safe because the car now shakes at 75 mph! Cool right? Unfortunately not because again, she doesn't feel safe, so again, Come for tires! Leave for service. :) Update: So Ish, such a kind gentleman. Offered to refund me my money to remove the Yelp review! Isn't that great? I think it's also called a bribe, so I'm glad to know a local business owner is willing to take shortcuts to make his business look good. Also your photos aren't real. If you need help taking pictures of your shop, I'll be more than happy to take photos for you. My iPhone X has a great camera, I hear.
