Laura was there throughout the entire wedding planning process, offering answers to an of my random questions including timing for the day of, vendors, etc. Laura ran our rehearsal confidently and made sure we had everything just the way we wanted it. After the rehearsal, she even loaded up all of our venue décor for the wedding day so we didn't have to worry about it the day of. There were things I even had given her that I had no clue how they'd be used and she utilized them better than I ever could have imagined. On the day of the wedding, Laura was simply incredible. I had a blast at my own wedding as did all my loved ones that, without Laura, would have had so much more to be concerned with. Laura took care of everything from the ceremony to the very last call. She worked with the florists to set up the venues and it looked absolutely perfect. Better than I could have ever even imagined. Anyone who hasn't enjoyed their own wedding, clearly hasn't had a Laura by their side. I didn't worry about a thing because Laura had it all under control (even the 3 one-minute mother-son dances)! At the end of the night, we left with just our card box and marriage license and Laura took care of the rest. Laura, we cannot thank you enough for everything. The company returned our deposit and offered their sympathy for our situation. So..... If they would've handled the event as well as they did our cancellation I can only say it would've been a great night!

Went to this production, Edgar A. Poe Speakeasy, a week ago. While the presenters were competent…read moreand the small cocktails tasty, there were a number of issues mainly with the venue itself. First the start time was given as 10 pm but upon arrival the previous show was just exiting and we had to stand in a very long line in a gentle mist for about 15 minutes before taking our seats. It was first come first seated, unfortunately little notice was given so we ended up with limited options for seating. The venue was the Dresden Castle in Cudahy Wisconsin. It was a church that had been converted into an event space. Not sure why they chose the name, it resembled little of a castle inside or out. While the space probably works well for wedding and party events, it was ill suited for this type of production. The sound system was horrible, making it almost impossible to understand the performers. We moved our seats once hoping for a better experience, but it didn't really help. Only once, when actor didn't use a microphone and the sound system were we able to understand what was being said. Unfortunately this made for a disappointing experience. The production company also could have improved things a bit. The staging was minimal and could easily have been more visually interesting with just a few additions. Really love Poe's work but wouldn't recommend this venue for seeing this production.

It was really nice to have the whole venue all to ourselves. The main space is a blank canvas that can be designed for your tastes. My cousin choose to have her wedding in the round which I though was amazing complete with a wall of drinks. We enjoyed glasses of champagne and bottles of Miller High Life, the champagne of beers. Every wedding should have this. I liked the different perspectives for the ceremony. We were able to sit on the backside of the vows. That never happens. After the ceremony, we made our way to the rooftop which has a beautiful garden along with a greenhouse with a built in bar. Unfortunately, we had to dodge some rain showers, which made the greenhouse bar extremely intimate. This was one way to keep the whole wedding party very close. Eventually the rain let up and we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden space. I loved all the natural lighting up here which led to fantastic photos of friends and family. While we were on the roof, the main space was being transformed from ceremony to our dining room. Again I loved how intimate the setting was. I also loved that we didn't feel cramped during our meal. The room was full of both round and rectangular tables which made the space fun. There's also a built in bar at the back of the room with a dance floor area. Personally, I thought it was a great venue for a wedding. My cousin did well picking out the space and designing her perfect day. I think everyone had a fantastic time and I'd highly recommend The Atrium for your next special day.

The staff was not only very accommodating but super friendly and efficient. We were able to book the luncheon within 30 minutes and it could not have been easier. She offers programming for kids and adults. The studio is preparing to get a liquor license - maybe some wine and paint nights. This would be a great venue for a party or ladies night. Chef Daniel prepared a fantastic buffet and even special meals for the children. Staff was willing to help us in every possible way to create the perfect event. Prices were fair. We received many compliments and our guests had a great time. The only (minor) drawback was a lack of cellphone reception in the hall (in case anyone got lost on their way or needed to get us a message during the party.) We couldn't be more pleased with Heritage Hall.
