This place is all hype. Don't give in. The only thing worth talking about is the Nashville chicken sandwich, which only was good because of the seasoning choice. The chicken fingers themselves were dry and over cooked. The bun on my burger was soggy, not delivery soggy, like too much ketchup soggy. I'm all about the concept of this place which is why we gave it a go, but I can't see this staying around long when there are so many good burger and chicken sandwich options in Vegas. Sorry Mr. Beast, but you didn't do it for me. read more

Mr. Beast Burger would be so cool as a stand alone drive through or at least a place you can pick your own food up at. Using Buca de Bepo as a Ghost Kitchen, Mr. Beast Burger was a fun new concept brought to Las Vegas (and most other states) by Mr. Beast, a popular YouTuber known for his extravagant videos and giveaways. Two days after I heard of his launch I placed an order. I ordered the Beast Burger and the Beast fries to be delivered since that's the only way to get it. My ordered arrived about an hour later and everything was cold and inedible. Uber Eats really didn't care, so that was the beginning and the end of trying to eat Mr. Beast burger. While I love what he is trying to do, I would rather support smaller/local businesses. read more

All the hype from social media, my kids wanted to try here. $50 and one hour later, we finally got to enjoy. The burgers were tasty. I wish they had a restaurant where we could pick up the burgers and fries. By the time we got our food delivered the fries was soggy and the buns were already soaked in with the ketchup, Mayo and mustard. I would rather go to five guys or In and Out, as you can pick up your food and enjoy it hot and fresh! The food wasn't horrible. But I just like to enjoy my food hot. I'm not a fan of crinkle fries, but my kids enjoyed the Mr. beast fries!! My oldest daughter loved the Chandler! My youngest doesn't like it when chicken burgers are chicken fingers. She prefers the whole chicken in between the buns. She wouldn't eat it again she said because of the finger style burger. Do not waste your time and money. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon for pick up at the Buca location on Lake Mead. The food was delayed 30 min past the pick up time. I asked for the manager to check on the delay and she just said "we're busy" nothing else. When I got the food home the chicken was cold...like dry and cold. Awful. Burger wasn't bad but overall awful experience. As I said, don't waste your time and money. read more

With my kid's 5th grade graduation request, we went ahead and tried MrBeast Burger via Uber Eats and was really disappointed that the order fulfillment forgot her 'Chris Style' burger. She was the ONLY reason why we even bothered ordering these hype burgers despite the long list of awful 1-2 star reviews. In all fairness, the sandwiches we did receive (Dream Burger and Nashville Hot Chicken Tender plus Seasoned and Beast Fries) were actually good but the experience left a very bad taste. Mr. Beast was on the hit list, so we had to give it a try! Have had little luck in the past with the ghost kitchen concept with other brands, but held out hope for these much hyped burgers. We ordered a Beast Style, Nashville Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich, Seasoned Crinkle Fries and a chocolate chip cookie. Buns on burger and chicken sandwich were soggy and saturated with condiments, fries were limp and cold, though seasoned well. Chicken tenders on Nashville Hot were overcooked making them tough and stringy. The chocolate chip cookie was decent, though for the price, I expected something a bit more than a run of the mill cookie. If this were a stand alone concept, I could see them being able to offer a controlled and consistent product in a fun environment. As it stands, the brand is dependent on partner restaurants that have their own customers and priorities and delivery services that truly don't care about the condition the product arrives in. Worst restaurant ever! Ordered and had our whole order wrong! I received a partial refund only because I didn't notice the whole order was wrong when I called and complained. Word of advice, if you are nice and sweet they will pick up and answer. If you sound irritated they will ignore you. It's obvious they can hear you complain while you are on hold. read more

Save you mr money and order from anywhere else. This is only for young kids who don't care what the food tastes like. They just think it's cool to order from Mr Beast. I would put zero stars, but of course that's not possible. I placed an order last night which came up to $44.38 which they state it's delivery only. The delivery service was through Skipcart, it showed the driver & gave a ETA of arrival. Long story short, I never received my food and I didn't receive a refund. I've attempted to contact the location several times but no answer. Would not recommend this place at all! Customer Service sucks! read more

I would prefer to give 0 stars. Half my order was missing and the company could not refund me as its a 3rd party seller and no way of contacting them.. The burgers tasted like crap. Worst food!! I would've given them a 1, but my boyfriend really liked the Beast Burger. The grilled cheese was cold, the cheese was hard and honestly the only way I could eat it was drowning it in ketchup. I've been trying to eat healthy and broke my diet for THIS?!? Lol it wasn't horrible, but I was definitely disappointed. Seemed very cheap. I made a order and couldn't get in contact with anyone to ask them to alter my order. The phone number that's provided is useless nobody answers, and you have to leave a message. So now I've been charged for canceling my order. I haven't tasted the food but the way they have their service setup sucks. Not happy! read more

Overpriced half empty bags of overly spicy cold french fries. My Beast fries were 1/4 full. The burgers tasted ok but nothing exciting and were average size. I asked for utensils as I'm too tired to cook or clean after a long week of work, doctor's appts, car trouble and trying to keep kidd focused on school. I got one set. I ordered 4 sandwiches and four fries. I don't need cash in my wrapper, I need food my kids' stomachs. This was a fail. So disappointed. I ordered this through Grub hub so sometimes I have cut the restaurant some slack. Being the first time I've eaten from them I ordered what I thought was their signature burger. I ordered the double beast burger (no cheese) and fries with their seasoning on them. Everything was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I'll just skip to the good part. After 3 hours of searching for this restaurant, we came back home empty handed. Yea, this place doesn't even exist. The one in the Town Center Plaza? Nope. The one by the strip? Nah. The one by Craig? No Dice. And I'm now finding out they have ghost kitchens and it's delivery only? What kind of marketing strategy is that? Why mark an address ON THE WEBSITE that doesn't even have the product? Worst part of it all, my entire family was with me in the car to experience this wild goose chase around Las Vegas. Terrible service. No promotion cup. Went to the one on Craig road inside north town chicken. The fries were wrong and by the time they fixed them the beast burger was cold. the seasoned fries were ridiculously over seasoned and almost uneatable. If I could leave a zero I would. WORST service ever. Ordered the food and it said it would take 30 minutes, so I said no problem. Then on the tracker it kept pushing the time back every ten minutes, until it got to an hour after original delivery time. Then I get an email saying that the order is being cancelled, really i could have ordered from someplace else and had it delivered and been finish eating by the time it was pushed back so many times. So just out of curiosity I decided to check my bank account and low and behold I am being charged for food that I NEVER got. Folks DO NOT waste your time and money. DO NOT give into this hype, cause when you try and call them NO one answers the phone or calls you back!!! read more

These are terrible! We will never waste our money here again! The lettuce was so wilted and gross. The once frozen patties were practically burnt, dry, and hard to eat. The grilled cheese wasn't grilled, just a cold bun and cheese. These are truly terrible burgers! read more

Soooooo!!! I ordered here from Uber eats. I figured I'll place my order, and since i LITERALLY live down the street, my food will still be fresh!.... I was sadly mistaken!!! I places my order, 20 minutes later my food arrives. I go to eat and my food is COLD and my fries were heat lamp stale. I spent $40 down the drain. Even my mom's food was cold! Food was nasty, straight trash. Ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich and nothing about it was good. It was not spicy nor tender nor juicy. It was extremely overcooked it was so hard I couldn't bit into it! It was just salty and dry! It also tastes like they just put lemon pepper on it. The bread was soggy from all the mayonnaise they used to try and give it some flavor. Nastiest chicken I've ever eaten! Why was it so hard? Shame on you all that made this crap. I wouldn't feed it to pigeons. The fry seasoning is terrible too. Please do better or close up shop soon selling people this BULL! read more

Flavortown Fries 6/10 - Decently season Chicken Parm-eroni 4/10 - Lacking in flavor, at first I thought the sliced pepperonis were tortilla chips, it tasted stale like cardboard. Bacon Mac&Cheese Burger 5/10 - Decent, buns were soggy, pattie lacks in flavor. Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls 4/10 - All nacho cheese and 1 little piece of beef. Little to no meat. Next time I'm definitely going to check yelp before ordering delivery. Would I order again, most likely NOT. Disappointed

And, I will say, I was pleasantly surprised with one piece of information in particular: during high season, I should expect to receive my delivery at least 30-60 early. Wow!! Without further-a-do, I immediately began to place my order online. The selection was huge, and I was happy to see that the prices were fair. Here's a tip: You can find ALL of their options ranging from individual items to full-out diet plans by simply clicking the "Click To Order" tab. Finally, the best part of all was the delivery. I was greeted on-time by the owner herself at my doorstep and welcomed to Modern Proteins. So sweet! I found Mina to be professional and friendly, and was invited to connect with her via email about further ways to tailor my diet according to my needs. The food was INCREDIBLE!! They have bar seating on the other side along with a bunch of tables close by but they were all taken since it was prime dinner time at 7:30pm on The Strip and people were walking all around the area. We decided to eat over at a nearby taco joint in the end. Both of us got their D.U.I. Dog, which has pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a ton of cilantro and chipotle aioli (a mayonnaise kind of sauce). Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas! Also a great hot dog stand with immensely tasty dogs.

I asked for separate bags since I would deliver these to different destinations. The wait was really slow and when the food was ready they gave it to me in one bag. I asked for 3 more bags to separate it myself, but the cashier took the bag and sent it to the back for re-bagging. I honestly would have preferred to do it myself cause I would have been faster and not to mention they got like egg white on the outside of some bags and then forgot one of the sandwiches. They toss these bags at you and walk away. Then I had to wait for ketchup. Too much waiting for my liking. The food wasn't even great but it was what we needed to survive our long day. The muffin was on the dry side and I know they toasted it but it was still pretty soft. The bacon was probably the best thing about the sandwich. And the tots helped soak up any alcohol in our system from the night prior. I'm glad they were open but there are opportunities for improvement with service and execution.

For as much money as they charge for everything, it should be much higher quality. I feel sorry for the Vegas Knights season ticket holders who have to put up with that nonsense for an entire season!

The breading had a bit of pepper in it, but it did not overwhelm the meal. The chicken was moist and tender. A very very decent biscuit. The Taylor ham biscuit was just as good. I love Taylor ham. It looks like baloney, but it has more of a cured ham type of flavor. A little bit saltier, and a more deep rich flavor than bologna. It was excellent. This location is definitely more polished and dolled up, but as a Charlotte, NC native who grew up loving Bojangles, something about it feels watered down. Bojangles was always something I looked forward to when coming home because it felt unapologetically Southern. Seeing it expand to the West Coast is great, but I was disappointed to see some of that identity stripped away. Even something as simple as the "Cajun Filet Biscuit" now being called the "Bo' Chicken Biscuit" stood out to me. That language was part of the personality and roots of the restaurant. I understand brands evolve as they expand, but for a chain that's been around since 1977, I'd love to see the growth happen without losing so much of what made Bojangles feel Southern in the first place. The restaurant itself may not have given me that same at-home Southern feel, but thankfully the food still had the Cajun kick I remembered.
