This Shake Shack hit the spot late one night. We went in here hungry. And we came out satisfied! there are kiosks to place your order. And then wait for your name to be called. There was a long wait to get our food. The workers wasn't enthused at al given the minimal contact with patrons. There are large TVS throughout which I thought was very nice, especially when you have a long wait for your food. Adult beverages and soda available.
Ok In-n-Out lovers..plz don't come at me, but dare I say, I like Shake Shack more. Lol I first had a taste of Shake Shack in Arizona on our fam bam road trips and I've been hooked ever since. Call it love at first bite! My go-to has been the OG ShackBurger with raw, sliced onions. There is just something about their toasted potato bun that hit this Cali girl differently than In-n-Out. It's sooo yums. I love their fresh, made-to-order 100% Angus beef ~ quarter pound patty and that melted American cheese over fresh lettuce & tomato. Mmm..my mouth is legit watering as I write this review. While I ALWAYS order a side of fries with my burger, depending on my mood and hunger level, I sometimes feel fancy and get cheese fries to round out my meal. I just love those crispy crinkle cut fries that have that satisfying soft center. To truly complete my meal, I love their refreshing strawberry lemonade on a hot day. You can really taste the real strawberry puree, perfectly marrying their house-made lemonade. It quenches my thirst every time. While yes, your Shack Shake meal will NEVER compare to your In-n-Out combo prices, however, it's still worth it now and then ~ esp. when I have that fast-food craving, but still want fresh quality ingredients. I personally like this convenient location tucked in a corner facing the Las Vegas strip in the NYNY hotel & casino. I appreciate the late-night hours for when my friends and I go drinking and we get the late-night munches. The ambience is your classic hustle and bustle that you associate with Vegas..what can I say. It can get pretty crowded here, since it's gets a lot of touristy foot & hotel traffic. Hands down, 100% RxFoodie recommended fo' sure ~ you need to give it a try yourself, before you knock it! You won't be disappointed.
A co-worker recommended eating here, thus I gave it a try. When I ordered via their kiosk, I got my food promptly. I chose "dine-in" but I found it strange that I had to fill my own cup even though I stated what type of drink I wanted. The Smoke Shack tasted awesome. The patty is on a small size, getting a double fills you up pretty good. The bun is very soft. I tried the K-shack fries... Not spicy and I didn't care for the sauce it came with. So pretty much I had an amazing burger but "meh" fries. The dining area is well-lit, spacious, and has a nice atmosphere with the music selection they had. Next time I want to try another burger! As for the fries, I might skip it and grab a shake instead.
Food was good as always, service was decent. I understand that they were a lot of people and it was busy, but I did witness some talking back to customers while we were there. I ordered the Dubai chocolate shake and it was okay. A little too heavy on the pistachios and not enough chocolate in my opinion
Coming off a caloric deficit these burgers really hit the spot. I got the black truffle burger (8 of 10) and my wife got the shack burger (7 of 10). The real star of the show this trip was the double down fries (10 of 10). The black truffle burger was tasty and cooked perfectly. The fries were crunchy and soft at the same time and covered in cheese, peppers and bacon. We did a to go order from the app and the service was on point. The NY vibes in the shake shack are always fun and feels like just enough.

On our past trip to Vegas, we decided to indulge in some delicious burgers and shakes at Shake Shack. My personal favorite is the Shack Stack, which is a cheeseburger with a fried cheese stuffed mushroom patty on top, talk about a mouthwatering combination! But wait, there's more! Their cookie and cream shake is also a must try. It goes very well with the crinkle cut fries. I wish we had a Shake Shack back home for those moments when I crave their delicious treats. It's on the pricier side but if you ever find yourself in Vegas or anywhere else with a Shake Shack, make sure to give it a try. You won't regret it!
This is our go to last resort before bed dinner place close to the area where we like to stay at. Last night we got bacon cheese fries and a burger, they were delicious and they are always delicious. Might have to update this post later in our trip if we stop there again, after all it's downstairs from NYNY. Two thumbs up from me. Service here is great when we've been here. It's usually full in here and kind of loud. Can't wait to come back.

First time here, and was walking the strip, nice atmosphere and friendly staff, didn't take long to get our food. The burgers and fries are so good! Their Cherry limeade was super yummy and refreshing.
I love coming here!! Food is always on point and the service is quick!! Shake shack never fails me
The burgers were delicious, however I would consider the buns to be a little soggy. More soft & mushy when compared to a typical burger. So if you're into a different burger, give these a try. Either way, we had the Double Bacon Cheese Burger and the Smoke Shack Burger, both were delicious, just wasn't expecting that. I've had the shakes in previous visits, and they were all very good. The interior is spacious, and is conveniently located near T-Mobile Park, and just outside the New York New York Hotel, and on the Las Vegas Strip. There are also some outdoor seats and tables shared among other businesses. So if it gets crowded, you have options to go outside. FYI, being on the Strip, you might get exposed to an interesting crowd of people.

The Shake Shack in T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas is the worst Shake Shack I've ever been to. Not only is everything marked up from a standard Shake Shack, but the food quality is waaaaaaaayyy worse from their standard 2 to 3 star offering. I got a small tomato, a sliver of soggy lettuce and a bunch of nasty cheese, and it looked like the person who put it together couldn't care less about the presentation or the quality. The fries were not hot and were also dry and starchy tasting. We were there for 2 days so also got other items from some other concession stands in there and all the food there was garbage. The pretzel was not hot and tasted old, the popcorn was flavorless, and the licorice was hard to chew and old as well. Whoever is in charge of concessions at T-Mobile Arena needs to do their job, because I have never been to a place like that where everything we bought was 1 star quality. For as much money as they charge for everything, it should be much higher quality. I feel sorry for the Vegas Knights season ticket holders who have to put up with that nonsense for an entire season! read more
Look, I like Shake Shack but this one gets it so wrong it's hard to say good things about it. We came here after a concert at Allegiant and we were starving! It was busy as it's Labor Day weekend but there's a lot that went wrong. To start there was one cashier and five kiosks and lines galore. We got our order in and got our initial text confirmation, then we waited and waited and waited. Eventually my friend got a text her order was almost done but no one came out with any food. We have been there about 25 min and had not seen any food delivered. She went up to the counter and eventually got it. I on the other hand was still waiting 40 minutes in. Tons of people at the counter along with Uber and Door dash drivers, no one was happy. It took me quite some effort to get someone's attention to ask about my order. They looked around and said it wasn't up yet. Then I got a text asking "How did we do?" Clearly someone was messing with the system. The staff was not rude, but had zero sense of urgency and talked a lot amongst each other but did all they could to avoid engaging with customers. I ended up going to the order counter where the cashier had to help me and 47 min later I got my food. The order was correct but it was cold. My suggestions here, turn off mobile food orders if you're swamped, most shacks have a system in place for even the busiest of times. This one worked really hard to get poor marks. I will not be back to this location and cannot recommend enough to avoid it. The vibes were overcrowded, overwhelmed and a lot of "no rush" from the team. read more

Shake Shack is one of my favorite burger places that I love to enjoy from time to time. It has plenty of locations all across America and was originally from New York. I'm glad that they do have one in Vegas and this location is quite fast on the orders. They always seem to make new menu items and this time around I tried a truffle burger. The cheese and truffle are strong and if you love that flavor then you will like this burger! I came here with six people that three of them have never been here before. They all enjoyed it and said it was quite a good burger. So if you are pressed for time and want to eat something quick I would suggest this place. read more

Got to try shake shack in Vegas! Yummy! The burgers & crinkle fries are awesome! Very clean tables & floor. Nicely spaced tables. The kitchen is open & bright and the staff calling out our orders was funny! Cashier was very pleasant and kind. Love this place! read more

We ordered shack burger, hot ones burger, shack stack, chicken tenders, fries, cheesy fries, chocolate peppermint shake. We enjoyed the food here but personally I don't think it's the best burger joint. I equally enjoy In n Out and actually prefer In N out fries. No complaints with the regular burger. My husband tried the hot ones and the shack stack. He says hot ones was spicy but he could have done with more spice, and there was just too much cheese from the shroom patty in the shack stack. He loves cheese but it was too much even for him. I think the best thing I had was the chocolate peppermint shake. read more

Delicious. That is all. Whenever I'm in town, I always make sure to stop by this Shake Shack. Sadly the locations near me back home do not compare to this location in terms of food quality and service. I ordered my usual, which was the Shackburger with a side of cheese fries. I also got a cookies and cream milkshake too. The portions here are huge compared to my locations back home. Not only that, but everything is hot and ready to eat as the meat is cooked perfectly, and the cheese literally melts in your mouth. The milkshakes are also amazing and not too sweet. Service is always prompt and even despite the high foot traffic that they get on a daily basis, they always ensure that the food is good to go for customers and it always comes out pretty quickly too. I'll probably be back in a few months when I'm back in town, but for now, see ya again soon my beloved Shake Shack! read more

I am usually a Shake Shack fan. However, this time was a miss for me. My son was happy with his burger but mine was just not as good as I remembered. Mine had some gristle in several bites so I wasn't feeling it. Fries were good but again my burger was off today. Would I come back if craving a burger? Yes, but hopefully it's better. read more

We tried Shake Shack the last time we were in Vegas and it was good so we wanted to check it out again this trip. Last time we just got a single patty burger. This time we got double cheeseburgers. For some reason they were the tastiest burgers we have had in a while. Very good crust on them and delicious even without condiments. We had In n Out on this trip which is also good, but not quite as tasty as Shake Shack. Our new favorite burger in Vegas for now! read more
havent been here in forever! everytime i visit vegas it just seems so far to walk across or get a rideshare going there! our cashier was super friendly! i was talked into a double patty that was super mouthwatering juicy! its too bad shake shack doesnt do frozen custards with mix ins anymore i made a special request to do a swirl frozen custard with the shake topping mixed inside and it was perfect for the 110 degree weekend this past weekend! read more
