Company communication (specifically Jeanne) excellent throughout the experience. Tech Zach was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Drain pump ordered and a 2nd appt to install made for within 3 days. Same tech Zach. All good. Glad to have an appliance service company like this. Very much recommend

Asked if they could take a look. I figured that seeing as how they were already there id have them diagnose the washer issue. They Mentioned the $150 diagnostic fee. Repairman looked at the washer for not even 5 minutes. Said we needed a new cold water line. Said the repair would cost $384! For a $20 cold water feed line!!! Luckily i had a plumber there. Plumber put a new one in. After running it the agitator still didnt spin. I would have no issue paying the fee if the dude diagnosed it correctly. I explained this to their office when they finally got a hold of me after a week for payment. I said I wasn't paying anything until I had the funds. They accused me of never planning to pay them and requested my credit card info. I refused, the lady tried to throw a pity party for the technician saying he drove out their and took time out of his busy schedule to do this diagnostic. I reminded her the dude was at my home anyway for a warranty repair, that the dude spent 5 mins on my washer to misdiagnose it, that he gets paid by the hour NOT commission! After seeing reviews it seems this is the going scam by them. Charge $150 for a 5 min service to absolutely fix NADDDAH! All i can see is them taking advantage of a little old lady writing out 1 of her last checks. Smh. Im planning to file a complaint for poor business practices with the BBB.

Then it finally came in. Made 2 appointments for it to be installed and both times canceled at the last minute and i had taken days out of work. The third time weeks later, I was promised that installer would come to finish installing. I even tried calling the installer and no answer, no callbacks. I finally got the stove working but then realized that pieces were missing. I called the manager, the owner and even canadia manufacturer. No response from the stove shop. Company said too expensive to ship part alone without order. Called back and stove shoppe promised to help. Nope! I dont know if any local shops are good but can't get any more frustrating than this! They are pleasant to talk too and we were patient till the end. But still not completed and the missing piece still. It's been 4 to 5 months!!

As an addendum to my review of the Fire House Stove Shoppe of 11 months ago, I return to add…read moreadditional information I have learned from buying a wood stove there. I was specifically told, because I specifically asked about the burn time for the stove that I wanted to buy. I was looking for an overnight burn, from 11pm to 6AM and was informed by the sales woman that the stove that I was looking to buy had at least a 7 hour burn when completely filled with firewood. Not so in reality. The best I got from the stove I bought, after completing filling it with firewood, was approximately 3 hours, yes, 3 hours. I followed the instructions to the letter and allowed the automatic air intake regulate the burn process after filling the stove to its capacity. After 11 months of purchasing the stove, I can guarantee that this stoves longest burn time was about 3 hours, certainly not the 7 hours promised by the sales person. Just another reason not to buy a wood stove insert from this store. Sorry folks but those are facts. Not a 7 hour burn but at best 3 hours.
