When I said today 5/9/25 (concrete was poured April 3, the gate was taken off April 1- for contractor to not show up 2x) that I'm frustrated and don't like to leave poor reviews the owner basically said o we'll go ahead. Clean-up was outstanding, the finishing touch of brushing-down the bricks made things look untouched (I know the difference) -- No brick was left unturned that didn't need to be removed and replaced. Fortunately, excavated brick from building of the house in 2005 were used as replacement bricks. The fact that flashing was missing was recognized right away: Mortar was mixed with color to match, and the work completed effortlessly.
