Our kitchen and bathroom had wallpaper to be removed, there are holes to be patched and dinginess everywhere. Some of the other painters told me about the shortcuts they would take and promised me I would never notice. I bet I will. Some painters had names for their companies but I knew I would be writing the check to the painter because there is no real company. I check all of that stuff out. But Priceless Painting Plus is a real company, it has insurance, it has a written warranty of its work, etc. Trae is very specific about what I'm paying for. It shows in the written itemization of his quote. They communicate so very well that I am never confused.
