they did "transform" my backyard but its been 5 weeks since my concrete was poured I have 2 large…read morecracks, forms still in and a gate not reattached. when you have to keep asking when will someone be back to finish and get excuses guess you know you're last on the priority list. After expressing my concerns I keep getting told "I'm trying" or "we are busy" I spent 20k and feel like it should have been gift wrapped for that price not left waiting for minor things to be completed. When I said today 5/9/25 (concrete was poured April 3, the gate was taken off April 1- for contractor to not show up 2x) that I'm frustrated and don't like to leave poor reviews the owner basically said o we'll go ahead.
