NOW Brian says they would lose money if the honors John's word. John made the site survey. John owns the company. Brian threw John under the bus. Great employee. Hard to believe they are still in business considering how poorly they have handled this job. Brian decided it was a good idea to hurl profanities at a customer. Not a good look guys. Would NEVER use this outfit.

After expressing my concerns I keep getting told "I'm trying" or "we are busy" I spent 20k and feel like it should have been gift wrapped for that price not left waiting for minor things to be completed. When I said today 5/9/25 (concrete was poured April 3, the gate was taken off April 1- for contractor to not show up 2x) that I'm frustrated and don't like to leave poor reviews the owner basically said o we'll go ahead.
