Very disappointed with the little attention to detail at point of order, quality product and…read moreinstallation. For one, the doors I ordered from a brochure and hand-drawing did not reflect the actual doors delivered. They were more wood than glass which defeated the whole purpose of opening this space up. First red flag: no measurements were given, no computerized rendition, nor a picture of the actual doors were ever sent prior to installation. For a $10,000 project you would think they would be incredibly detailed. The installation was just as bad. I noted rot under the door they removed and questioned whether that would be removed. The answer was "no, I cannot rebuild your whole home." Then proceeded to cover it with a piece of wood right in front of me. A piece of moulding from the framing of this door was removed because the door did not clear it. I was able to avoid installation of moulding that did not match the original in the exterior. No attempt at consulting with me, the homeowner, the details. The finished products are awkwardly sized windows and doors.

Contacted WW in July of 2024 in order to get a quote on replacing the windows in my 70-year-old…read morehome. This house is very sentimental to me as it used to be my mother's house of 30 years. John was my salesrep and was very charismatic and likeable. In addition to discussing windows, we talked about the possibility of replacing the front door and the back door. I was concerned that it wouldn't be possible because the doors are an odd size, 34". After taking measurements, John said that they could do the door. The front door was the original door and had seen better days. There was no way to fix the issues with the door and because it was half glass and a safety concern for me, I chose to delay the windows and go with just the front door at that time. My plan was to do windows next, and then the back door. John didn't have pictures of the doors on him, so he had to text them to me. What he sent were drawings of the door. He said that there were only 3 doors that would fit. I asked if he had any real pictures of them installed on someone's house and from a distance. I was very specific that I wanted a craftsman style door to somewhat match the house. He sent me a picture of a real wood door (one I would be getting would be vinyl and white), but the picture was only of the door, and it wasn't like the one I wanted. It only had a single pane of glass at the top and I wanted the classic 3 pane craftsman style. He told me that they would put grids on the pane of the example he sent me, but the only option was 4 panes. It was hard to tell the size of the pane of glass due to there not being any measurements on the door. I thought we were both on the same page as to what I wanted and what I would be receiving. It took over 6 weeks for the door to be delivered and then I had to schedule an installation time which was another 3 weeks. On the morning of the installation (11/7/24), my daughter had an accident on the way to school (new driver of only 1 month) and I had to go to help her. The installer called me while I was with her and needed to get into the house to begin the installation. I rushed home and opened the door for him and then went back to be with my daughter. I wish so badly that I would have taken 5 minutes to look at the door on his truck before leaving because when I arrived back home and the new door was up, I was so upset because it was not the door I thought I was getting. The new door did have 4 panes at the top, but they were very small, which made the door look very cheap. I told the guy installing immediately that it wasn't the door I ordered. It was too late to put my old door back up because he had to remove some of the casing to get the new one in. I called John and left a message and then also sent a text. I finally heard back from him late that afternoon. He told me that he would talk with his supervisor and get back to me. I didn't hear back from him the next day which was a Friday, so I sent him another text saying I would like to speak before the weekend. I texted again on Tuesday and finally got a text back on Wednesday. He again told me he would speak with his supervisor. This went on for another 2 times, telling me that he would get with his supervisor and then just ghosting me. Finally, on 11/26/24 I called the office and spoke to a lady there for over 10 minutes explaining what was going on. She said she was going to call the owner and explain the situation and he would call me back. She also said that he was off for Thanksgiving. I told her to just wait until Monday to discuss with him so it wouldn't interrupt his holiday. On 12/5/24 when I hadn't heard back from anyone, I called the office again. The lady that answered treated me like I was lying about calling in the previous week because she had no record of the message. I told her I would be happy to send her a screen shot of the 10-minute call from my call log on my phone. She took my info and said she would have someone call me. Andy did call and leave me a message on 12/20/24. I was finally able to return his call on 12/30/24. I explained the entire situation to him. He promised me that he would see what could be done to make me happy. So.... On 1/6/25 he texted me with all the things that could be done to make the door like the one I ordered and if I was ready to move forward, he could put together a quote?!!! I told him that there was no way that I was spending any more money for a door that I had already paid for expecting to get what I ordered. He said that the door I had was the one that I agreed to on the contract. I responded that it was a very poor picture of the door and that we went round and round with me asking for a picture of it on a house, and he couldn't supply one. I even told him craftsman style, so that may be what I signed off on, it was not what I expected to receive. I just caution anyone doing business with WW to know exactly what you are purchasing.

DO NOT HIRE!! Long…read morestory short: after 18 months, Columbus Building Inspections and Code Enforcement fining them, being outright lied to about an approved permit so they could take advantage of us, and being fed up with the company, we won a small claims lawsuit in the Muscogee County Municipal Courts to get our money back and our contract terminated. Shane Wilson is dodging the court order to pay us and have yet to actually get the money that is legally owed to us. In December 2020 we signed a contract with the owner Shane Wilson and put a deposit down to have a second story attached deck built. A key point in the contract included being provided a permit for the deck. After poor communication and poor-quality craftsmanship about 3 months later the deck was complete, we were explicitly told the deck was permitted and they requested final payment two separate times. Their "proof of permit" is seen attached in the pictures. It has white out and penned in writing. This is what we find most egregious. They absolutely tried to fool us and take advantage of our ignorance by trying to get us to make the final payment without doing the right thing and getting a permit. By sheer luck an employee of the Columbus Building Inspectors and Code Enforcement drove by and saw the new construction, looked to see if it was permitted, and when they discovered that a permit hadn't even been applied for and they left a note on our door. The permit should have been applied for before construction even began on the deck. We luckily had not made final payment and after confronting Shane about this he said "I was not aware of that" and that he would still get the permit. The Columbus Code enforcers fined him for "No Building Permit," "No Business License," and "Required Inspections Violation". Shane plead guilty to all three, however they dismissed the last charge since the plan was that he would fix the issue. 6 months after the fines, we still had zero resolution, communication from Shane, or progress to getting a permitted deck so we filed a small claims lawsuit against him. The Judge agreed with our case and awarded us the money we asked for which was the entire deposit back, the fee it'll cost to get the entire deck torn down, and court fees. As of January 2023, Shane Wilson has continued to dodge the court order to pay us for 6 months and have yet to actually get the money that is legally owed to us. In addition to the permit issue, we are equally as upset with the quality that you can see in the pictures. We had the deck torn down and rebuilt by someone else due to the City Inspector finding points that would not pass inspection. There was almost no communication and zero effort to resolve our issue. If they cared there would have been action and constant communication, which we received none of. We have left this review on all platforms we can think of and absolutely do not recommend any consideration to use this company.

They just laid flooring and tried to charge extra when it was brought up that the subfloor wasn't done. We then also had to call because the boards were cut too short and quarter round wasn't going to cover it. We bought enough planks to cover living room, bathroom, PLUS accidents. They messed up so many boards could only cover living room. We ended up going to buy the right tools for them to use and cancelled the work on the bathroom to do ourselves. Planks are already broken and separating immediately after work was done. Unfortunately we got a quote on the back of a business card. If you do decide to use them make sure to get an official quote with breakdown of jobs n cost on legit paperwork or they will pull a fast one on you. We're fixing it ourselves because it's just easier. Lost tons of money and just want to be done.
