It was not an easy installation, since the masonry wall surface it would attach to was not quite vertical. The supporting iron had to be channeled into the masonry to provide a proper vertical installation. Cano was up to this task, and the installed gate is vertical, swings freely, and latches securely. The amount of care taken for this installation is very .appreciated. The final product is beautiful and functional. As a side note, Oscar fixed a malfunctioning gate on the other side of my house without being asked. You need a gate? Metalwork of any kind? I recommend Cano.

I was simply asking for his expertise, that is literally the purpose of an estimate. when I politely told him I did not want to waste his time and attempted to end the call, he responded with profanity before hanging up. that kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from any business, let alone one you are considering hiring. I would strongly caution anyone against calling this company. if this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they handle actual problems on the job.
