Renovated a small bathroom on the top floor of an apartment building. Decided to go custom with completely frameless doors on a neo angle shower. Tough job to begin with and the building moves a lot so everything is slightly off and imperfect. Went with MPG and couldnt have asked for better. Reached out to the office and Nick (owner?) got back to me immediately, and was at my apartment giving an estimate a couple of days later. Gave me a time frame and price the same day and was at my front door to install in 1/4th of the time expected. After the doors settled in, as expected, some minor adjustments needed to be made because of how crooked my building layout is. This company does not even deserve any stars for a rating as far as I'm concerned. I contact this company to do some interior work inside my company which was a large project. The gentleman whom went by the name of Nick visited my office on a Thursday and told me I would have an estimate no later than Monday. To no avail Monday came by and no estimate; not even a phone call? I contacted MPG everyday via phone and spoke with their secretary who told me Nick would return my call and never did. I waited over a week later to receive a phone call from the Secretary who stated he can't do the job. I wish he would have just stated this from the beginning instead of wasting my time when I could have been shopping elsewhere. Rarely do I ever go the extra mile to write a review, but this company definitely delivers the best quality and communication with it's customers. I have used MPG several times in the past and I can't believe how awesome their work is. From start to finish Nick B. handled the job like a true professional. From multiple custom shower enclosures to broken pieces of furniture, the job always came out perfect. The employees were always courteous and respectful of my home while they worked. If anything, the space where they were installing was left cleaner than before. As a Homeowner, Landlord, and "Flipper" of investment properties MPG definitely gave me a return on my money. I used Meridian Plate Glass for them to hang a mirror in my "workout room". Nick came and measured and made recommendation as to size of mirror, etc. I signed and gave deposit. True to his word, he called and we scheduled a Saturday delivery. The people who came to hang my mirror were professional and knew exactly what to do. The only minor criticism that I have was that when the workers were running late, I had to call -- I would have just liked a phone call telling me that they were going to be later than the scheduled time. (That, and the fact that I now have a great mirror that forces me to see my reflection :) ). All in all, I would highly recommend Meridian Plate Glass, and I would use them again if the need arose. read more

I have been a customer of MPG glass for a couple of years. I use this company for all the glass work in my home, even if it's a small piece of glass there is no job too small for them. When I need something repaired right away I can count on them to fix it promptly. For example, 2 years ago during a really bad storm we had one of my windows broke completely and it was really late at night so I was afraid, I called their service and they got back to me right away and within in a few hours I had technicians boarding up my window. They took measurements and replaced the glass in no time. The guys are so nice and always very helpful. I always recommend them without hesitation! read more

I used MPG Glass to make a glass tabletop for my dining room table several years ago. I was very pleased with them! They were courteous, professional, timely, kind, and the tabletop they made us was great. They gave everything they promised to us and we were very happy with their services. The tabletop is still great, and will be transferred to the new owner, since I just sold that set. I already called MPG to get estimates for my new set. We recently worked with Nick on mirrors and a glass top for our table. He was prompt and very professional. He measured each area diligently and made sure we were happy with the plans. He offered suggestions to make sure the mirrors would be reinforced and sturdy due to the sizes of them. They came right away and helped us get rid of a very dangerous situation. We had a very heavy glass dining room table that was on the verge of falling off the base. They quickly took off the table top and safely put it aside and removed the extremely heavy bases that were falling apart before anyone got hurt. MPG Glass...I needed a double paned kitchen window glass replacement. I spoke to Nick at MPG on Monday. He came and measured on Tuesday. Nicole called me to say window was ready on Wednesday and scheduled an appt on Friday. installation team took out the window and installed new pane in the truck to avoid getting any glass in the house. The glass I needed had to be custom made and it came out perfect. The glass was then delivered to my home in a timely fashion. Unfortunately when I went to install it I broke it. I told them what happened and one week later I had a brand new one ready for installation. The glass now sits in my wall unit and it makes the piece look brand new.
