Although our rental was somewhat out of their way, they agreed, for a very small fee, to pick up our laundry and deliver it, on a day they don't even normally do that. They accept credit cards, Venmo, just about everything. They chat online, they text, and you can call them. They ask about the products you choose to use, and are immediately responsive. There is an attendant on-site and many washers and dryers available for use. It's been costing $3.75 15 (quarters) per wash for a small/medium load and it typically takes about 15-20 minutes. The large dryers against the wall cost $4 for 15 minutes. It has taken my load of laundry two dryer cycles to dry completely. There is a change machine, an ATM, and vending machines where you can purchase laundry detergent, a laundry bag, dryer sheets and softener! They sell travel packs of laundry supplies enough for just one load so you're not lugging laundry supplies while on travel! Very convenient. The facility is well kept and the machines are always running so there is never a stagnant smell or mildew. I've come here twice now and it's been so convenient for us since our hotel does not have a laundry room available. This place is most especially useful when you have a lot of laundry to catch up on with the multiple machines available, you can run multiple loads of laundry at once. There is a laundromat manager on-site at all times.

I seldom use them and had forgotten about my earlier bad experience. On the spot is now expensive and they require payment when you bring items in. The younger employees are sitting around on their phones and disinterested. The older person was unfriendly and abrupt. Obviously this is not typical southern hospitality. Since the hangars are twist-tied together and covered with plastic, you don't know which shirts have ironed in wrinkles until you remove the plastic and separate your shirts. I will have to wash the cotton ones and re-iron them myself. If there was a star less than one, I would have given them the rating they deserve. I will not forget to never use them again!
