Although our rental was somewhat out of their way, they agreed, for a very small fee, to pick up our laundry and deliver it, on a day they don't even normally do that. They accept credit cards, Venmo, just about everything. They chat online, they text, and you can call them. They ask about the products you choose to use, and are immediately responsive.
