I had an excellent experience with this mobile small engine repair service here in Denver. My lawn…read moremower wouldn't start right at the beginning of the season (of course), and I really didn't want to deal with loading it into my SUV and dropping it off at a shop for who knows how long. I found this mobile service and decided to give it a try -- and I'm really glad I did. He responded quickly, asked a few smart questions about what the mower was doing, and was able to schedule me within a couple of days. He showed up on time, was professional and easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. Within a short time he diagnosed the issue (carburetor and old fuel problems), explained everything in plain English, and gave me a fair price before starting the repair. The convenience alone was worth it. No hauling equipment across Denver traffic, no waiting weeks during peak season, and no surprise fees. He also checked the blade, filter, and spark plug while he was there and made sure everything was tuned properly. What really stood out was the honesty. He didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary -- just fixed what needed to be fixed and made sure it was running strong before he left. The mower starts on the first pull now. If you're in the Denver area and need lawn mower, snow blower, generator, or other small engine repair, I highly recommend using this mobile service. Reliable, fair pricing, and extremely convenient. Will definitely be calling again next season.

There's truth in that "a dull knife with cut you easier than a sharp one." Mice en place was getting so taxing that I didn't realize my dull knifes were the reason I wasn't enjoying cooking as much as usual! I had tried to locate a sharpener in Austin on a few occasions; however, they were very inconvenient (i.e., far away and they had to be left for several days and picked up) and/or unacceptably expensive. Devin's mobile service hit all the marks. Found him at the Lone Star Farmer's Market in the Hill Country Galleria one day [check his SM for locations]. We also had a small issue where the power head would occasionally stop when pulling back. These guys charged $220 just to drop it off. When they called saying it would be another $600+ to fix it, we said, "No - just clean it up and be done." Since the $220 drop off fee was supposed to be for "Miele Service" we thought that would be the price. Nope. They charged us for a "head assembly overhaul" which we didn't authorize, a new hepa filter ($25 more than what I can get it off Amazon), some random "vac shop supplies" for $40, and the 3% credit card fee they get charged, was charged back to us. They wouldn't return the vacuum if we didn't pay for it the head assembly overhaul because they had already taken the entire head apart - again - without our authorization. DO NOT GO HERE. Total scam artists.
