I found this mobile service and decided to give it a try -- and I'm really glad I did. He responded quickly, asked a few smart questions about what the mower was doing, and was able to schedule me within a couple of days. He showed up on time, was professional and easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. Within a short time he diagnosed the issue (carburetor and old fuel problems), explained everything in plain English, and gave me a fair price before starting the repair. The convenience alone was worth it. No hauling equipment across Denver traffic, no waiting weeks during peak season, and no surprise fees. He also checked the blade, filter, and spark plug while he was there and made sure everything was tuned properly. What really stood out was the honesty. He didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary -- just fixed what needed to be fixed and made sure it was running strong before he left. The mower starts on the first pull now. There's truth in that "a dull knife with cut you easier than a sharp one." Mice en place was getting so taxing that I didn't realize my dull knifes were the reason I wasn't enjoying cooking as much as usual! I had tried to locate a sharpener in Austin on a few occasions; however, they were very inconvenient (i.e., far away and they had to be left for several days and picked up) and/or unacceptably expensive. Devin's mobile service hit all the marks. Found him at the Lone Star Farmer's Market in the Hill Country Galleria one day [check his SM for locations]. He charges by the inch and provides great customer care above and beyond any expectations. I retrieved several of my knifes from my house and vroom...back to Devin's mobile work station before he shut down for the day. In less than an hour, and under 100 bucks, he had my knives sharper than the sword in "My Bodyguard." Truth! And, he had them all neatly wrapped in a perfect little package. Thanks again Devin! I'm really not sure which is worse - the service dept - which can't work on larger ag tractors (but they'll charge over a thousand dollars and hold it for several weeks only to eventually tell you they can't fix it) or the parts dept - which is completely lost and bewildered trying to find parts (you must know exactly what you need and in many cases have the jd part number or they're bewildered with where to start - it seems most in there don't even have a basic understanding of the various engine types or machine models produced by JD) 1 or 2 guys behind the counter that are knowledgeable and paid well are much better than 6 or 7 behind the counter that prob can't change their own oil (I'd willingly wait 15-20 mins in line to speak to someone that's helpful) The service dept needs a service manager that understands basic engines and problems (and can talk with both the mechanic and the customer from an experienced perspective). That is NOT the case with the person that is there now (sorry)

I was…read moretold "At the most, 10 days" I was sent an email on the 15th of September saying my mixer was ready. I went on the 17th of September and my mixer was nowhere to be found. I was then told "There must have been something wrong with your mixer, I will call you later today and tell you when it will be back." NO CALL. This is supposedly an "Authorized KitchenAid Repair Center", KitchenAid is getting a nasty email from me requesting this be stripped from this organization. I will be filing a lawsuit in small claims court on September 26th, 2025 if I don't have my mixer back. Believe the reviews. Stay as far away from this place as possible.
