The menu was filled with Anatolian dishes with a good amount of grilled items. Our choices: Cokertime Chicken Kebab - First time having this style of kebabs. The matchstick potatoes, tomato sauced chicken strips and garlic yogurt was a great flavor and taste combination. It was delicious with the crunch from the matchstick potatoes adding a nice texture to a normally chewy kebab dish. Lamb Shank was grilled to perfection and the meat just fell off the bone. The bone marrow molasses sauce added a nice sweetness and richness. Lastly the barley risotto was a nice twist as creamy as if Arborio rice was used. Pumpkin Crème brûlée was finished in front of us with a mini torch. While a nice show the topping wasn't fully caramelized after all that effort. The pumpkin and crème brûlée turned out to be a tasty combination of flavors. Overall service was good and attentive. Would love to come back on a return trip to Goreme.

The pot is then brought to the table, cracked open, and the contents poured onto a plate in front of you. Very aromatic, flavorful, and tender. They also make their own wine in house, which is a must try. Red wines are served cooler, though not cold. I also recommend the little little on the middle menu item as it consists of a lot of small shareables, similar to mezze, that you can enjoy along with your meal. Staff is very friendly.
