Even though they were closing soon the owner was incredibly helpful and attentive, weighing the pros and cons of various models with me. Then out of the blue my very bold friend asked if they could do any better on the bronze-colored, Samsonite 4-wheeler that had caught my eye, and the women said, "sure, I'll knock off 30%!" While looking at it, a friendly employee who I assume was the manager, came over to show us the features of the luggage and confirm that purchasing it was a good decision. Roughly 30 minutes later (they were fairly busy), my wife was walking out of the store with a luggage that she paid $239 for (it was originally listed at $299). On a different note, if anyone in the United States were to ask me for a perfect example of great international customer service, I would refer them to Rayon d' Or.
