I might need to wait a few minutes to talk to that person, but it is always worth it. They often offer to order what I need if it is not in stock. Recently, one of the employees explained how to replace the cartridge in one of my faucets and open a box to show me the parts. While you may see this as a very simple task, for me it was huge. I could do this myself instead of calling a plumber. While the prices are sometimes a bit higher than the box stores, I don't have to drive, I know there will be someone to help, and I walk out with what I need and more knowledge.

We decided to go through Gladieux because of the personal service we knew we would receive. We are so thankful that we did! They have been right there helping every step of the way. They know us by name when we come into the store, and it's obvious that they really care about our project.
