They scheduled me for 1 truck, 3 guys, for moving Saturday, but they ordered a second truck and 3 more guys in a surprise turn of events and so i got charged out the ass, and after the truck was unpacked, they kept BOTH trucks and all 3 extra guys there while only 2 of the first guys from the first truck worked, i paid for a whole extra crew to basically stand outside doing nothing, ABSOLUTELY CHEAT OF MONEY 2. They brought my desk in and didnt put it together until i reminded them, and THEY LOST THE SCREWS to it, so they used small screws to make it look together but the moment i went to move it, it fell apart because they used the wrong ones, wow really guys? So we spent the next entire day going back and forth from Lowes, getting different screws to fix my desk since they lost the original ones 3. THEY USE HORRIBLE TAPE!!!! They taped the keyboard slider on my desk with clear packing tape or something stronger, because when i took it off, it peeled entire chunks of my desk's flush off. As well as our TV stand, good bye nice looking furniture, its not got tape flesh peeled parts all over it. 4. This one is probably my fault for TRUSTING THEM - they packed up my computer and my monitors, and they just CARELESSLY put my monitors in a box, with not NEARLY enough bubble wrap, and when i opened th ebox, i found they even positioned the screens so one corner was PRESSED AGAINST the other monitor!? At this point i HAD to take a picture of this, i was disgusted with their lack of care for other peoples things. - Adding on this, THEY USED FREAKING DUCT TAPE to hold the very minimum bubble wrap on them, and there was duct tape DIRECTLY on my screens?! It is lucky my monitors still worked, or this would be worst than just a google review. Un-freaking-believeable the entire headaches i'm now going through after this move. I'm finding living room stuff down in the garage boxes, and my kids toys mixed in with her grandma's garage tools, getting ruined, this is disgusting. They werent worth the money, If i could go back, i'd rather do it all myself than hire this crew that over charged me, then continued to charge me for a crew that wasnt even working. When they were done, they didn't put it back, they just left it on the ground across the alley from my house and a huge gaping hole in my retaining wall. Several neighbors saw them do this. 1. They could have asked me first and I would have said yes if they would put it back 2. They clearly don't respect other people's property. I mean, they had to go up my stairs and pry the Boulder out of my retaining wall. You really want to use a moving company like that that doesn't respect other people's property? If so, good luck! We move every few years and tend to use the same local moving company every time. Because our…read moreusual company charges for travel to the source and from the destination we thought it would be more cost effective to use Seattle Small Moves because they don't apply these fees. It turns out that they couldn't handle a 850 sq foot townhome move. They were extremely slow moving us and ended up leaving a significant amount of our stuff at our old home. Their truck wasn't tall enough for the items we told them about in our quote. I pointed out several expensive items we cared about and they seemed to ignore my concerns. Our expensive grill, washer and dryer, and Dutch ovens are damaged. They packed a bottle of olive oil with a spigot on its side and it spilled everywhere! The way they packed doesn't make any sense and is causing us to spend way more time sorting through what they did. They left our doors off hinges and left us in a bad state in our new place. In our last move, our usual company moved everything flawlessly and very quickly. They had to deal with a 4 story townhome with narrow halls and doors but they handled it with same crew size for half the price! The workers were friendly, but the overall operation was very disorganized and unprofessional. This crew also didn't seem to have their own water jug... I would not recommend this moving company. We deeply regret not using our usual company.

They are great at navigating weirdo parking situations and city apartment shenanigans - elevators, stairs, whatever. Watching them flip my couch around multiple times to take it out of the door of my old place the best way was watching the pros in action. I believe that their office/wherever the truck comes from is inside of Seattle too, so they charge you less for travel times than other quotes I got. They called within the window, showed up on time and with the exception of smelling like sweat they were quite professional. The smell I can discount as they were very polite and summer is peak moving season. Our walnut furniture had to be moved around complicated stairs and they were quite helpful. During the move to a new house we found people online who were selling furniture that we wanted. We coordinated with the movers and they made two additional stops during the day and both of the homeowners commented about how quick and knowledgeable the movers were. We started around 4 PM having them move and I think we finished around 11:30 that night. Aside from the amount of time that it took to move which you don't realize how much stuff you accumulate we got them pizza because they were just so tired and we are happy to have them help. Again aside from a few small scratches on a piece of the woodwork that we have which I can buff out with some 300 grit sandpaper. Yeah these guys were heroes and I can't imagine trying to move on my own. I highly recommend this company, movers can be rude, crude, or abrupt but these guys were Superman

Our move was super last minute and it was during Christmas week. I went on Google to search for…read moremovers near my area, Kent, WA to be exact. Found these guys on Yelp, usually I like to make sure businesses have a legit website but this company didn't, but after reading the reviews, I was all for it. I called the number shown and I got a quick respond from Jay. I asked him if he had any availability the next day, which is the day before Christmas Eve and he kindly told me that he can provide a couple of guys and a truck to help me move. The latest was for 5pm. I was super happy that he was willing to help me, especially at a later time. Jay provided me a special December rate and a solid answer so I confirmed and approved his services. I texted him with both addresses and he sent me a confirmation text that we are still on for the next day. I texted him the next morning to make sure we're still set up and he quickly texted back with a Yes. Got home as quickly as I could. It was pouring rain! Two gentlemen were already near the old apartment just waiting. They both kindly greeted me. I told them that all the boxes were taped, labeled, and ready to be put in the truck. They were super quick and careful. They knew what they were doing. They were super careful with both plasma TVs. Everything was put in place and nothing was broken. Took about 45 minutes to get everything in. I was also helping as much as I could. Once we were ready to go to the new apartment, I lead the way and it helped all of us since I knew a quicker way to get there without hitting traffic and the freeway. Everything went well and we arrived to our new apartment. 3 flights of stairs is crazy and I can only imagine how they managed to get everything in my new apartment, without stopping. They were on beast mode! Got everything in and also set back up my bed at no problem. Made sure that I was happy with where they were putting things. Confirmed any last minute changes before they left. I was completely satisfied. I gave them a fat tip just because they deserved it. I always put myself in the other person's shoes. Good service goes a long way. I will most definitely recommend them to friends, family, and people I care about. I love my new apartment as well!
