The movers also kept complaining about heavy items, which made the whole process feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. They also caused damage and then tried to hide. They broke a leg off my bed, said nothing, and left the broken leg on the floor under the bed as if I wouldn't notice. They also dropped a fragile box down the stairs and later insisted they "checked everything" and nothing was broken, which was simply untrue. Their solution to fixing the bed was even more unacceptable. They sent someone out to put epoxy on a part that had previously been soldered, which didn't work at all. Now I'm left with a damaged bed, a box of shards of glass that was previously worth hundreds and a terrible overall experience.

I have no complaints for the actual move of the items, none whatsoever. They were careful and worked fairly fast. Crew is A++++++. My only advice would be to ensure to get the size of truck and any other prices up front. This move ended being a lot more expensive than I had budgeted for. I was moving from a 2 br to a house, I was expecting one large truck but ended up being a smaller Penske truck. This led to having to do two trips. The biggest expense was the fact that I was charged for travel time, round trip for the time it took them to get to my place and time it took to go back to Clifton park after the move, which amounted to one more hour. This expense was never mentioned so it would have helped to know it ahead of time.

These guys were incredibly friendly, cheerful and efficient and went way beyond the call of duty--they were unloading a container box at a flat rate, yet they did extra things that were definitely not within the job description, like moving things into two different buildings and then re-moving some items when we discovered we made a mistake. Bill and Jamie. Be sure to ask for them by name. I have to deduct a star for Clark's front office operation, however. They were the destination warehouse for my Door-to-Door move and several calls to them were not returned. The expeditor told me this is unusual, so hopefully a temporary problem.

I would agree with one of the reviewers below: don't trust them with your valuables and moving. I…read morerecently had a very long distance move. Initially, I really liked the sales team that came and did the estimate. However, they sent a few very unprofessional members to move our apartment and they did not respect our stuff at all. Throwing boxes around, fooling around with our stuff, not taking care for valuable items. We ended up with many damaged items. Also, in agreement with the commenter below, it's very much a bait and switch. As with many movers, they charm you with the initial prices and personality, but they don't represent how the process will go well at all. I was told many times how much space my stuff would take up and then they spread all my stuff out to take up more space and charge me more. My entire apartment fit in 1/2 a small truck (there was another load in there already) and when it arrived at my destination they spread it out into a whole truck worth of space and the last crate has a couple boxes on the floor. No support from their parent company Mayflower either. It sounds like maybe a small move worked for people, but don't trust them with big moves. Their equipment was also old and they don't offer any "extras" included in the deal like boxes, packing supplies, etc. There are so many movers in the area that friends had better luck with, go somewhere else.

Price was extremely competitive. Would recommend to friends, family, and plan to have them help us with our next move. In more detail: I called seven movers in the Albany area. Busy Bee were the only group that called me the next business day (all others were at least 3-5 days, if they called back at all, and most needed a second call before I heard back). We scheduled a time for them to visit our home for a most accurate quote, which they came to on-time and was timely. On the day of the move, there was a team of 8 people, each friendly, professional, and experienced. Their attention to detail was obvious in every step. Our items were packed safely, nothing was damaged, and incredibly there is not one bit of evidence on the walls or doors of our old or new home of the move.

I contacted Adam on a Monday morning and was able to schedule a local move for a 1 bedroom apt on Thursday of the same week. Two guys (John and John) came as scheduled and assisted with my move.
