The staff was amazingly helpful and kind which is just what I needed as this part of my down size was very difficult. Marsha has been very helpful with ensuring photos were scanned timely in order to meet our personal needs with an impending family passing. Each album page scanned was done so well! The videos they downloaded were better then iMemories! They even scanned the front and back of a framed picture! This is a very costly process but the work they put in to each scan and the ability to plug in my "brick" and pull up any video or photo is priceless! I sent him my logo, a photo/dimensions of the area I wanted to display the sign, and asked for his recs. His recommendation was spot-on and captured my vision perfectly. The mock up was beautiful, pricing was extremely fair, and the sign came and was installed exactly 3 weeks after I placed the order. My sign is BEAUTIFUL, exactly what I wanted, and perfect quality. (I'm a stickler for detail and there was not one single smudge, dent, or nick on the sign.) Omar and another gentleman (I didn't catch his name) were quick to install the sign and were happy to make adjustments until I was 100% satisfied.
