I am very very sorry I used them. Nothing happens as they say it will. I caught the moving men in several outright lies. The boxes were only partially filled so collapsed when weight was put on top of them - hence arrived with quite a large number of breakages. Apparently I had more boxes than I thought but the cost was doubled and they said they would take all the items. They didn't. They left most of the additional items I paid for. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Be sure to look at their negative reviews on Better Business Bureau a.k.a. BBB plus their negative reviews on Google and on Reddit. They are terrifying. Despite the fact that I was only moving one hour, they did not bring the items to me that day and not until another day and there was hardly any furniture, it was mostly extremely expensive refrigerated items and medical creams for adults and children for our business that , since they didn't bring to us, even though we begged them and explained what happened, they went bad and we lost thousands of dollars, but we see this is a common story or a similar story of people having broken items and terrible experiences and many call them a straight out scam. I can't say what I'd like to call them as I'm already nervous for my safety commenting here about them. They screamed at us on the phone when we had asked them to bring the products and not keep them for a whole day and sounded straight out of the mob. We used Real Time Relocation to move from our oceanfront condo in Daytona/Ormond Beach, Florida, to our riverfront home in Fleming Island. It was supposed to be a straightforward local move with not much furniture--just a sauna, one chair, and mostly boxes of expensive organic perishable products for our company, including extremely costly medical creams for children and adults that must be refrigerated. It was an absolute nightmare. They basically held our belongings for ransom and almost doubled the price on the spot. They said the owner was not available, refused to bring our belongings that day as promised, and acted like they were straight out of the mob--screaming, swearing, hateful, and terrifying. The crew did not come prepared and couldn't even complete the move in one day. Because they refused to deliver as agreed and did not refrigerate the perishables, we lost thousands of dollars worth of products. We didn't dare ask for compensation because honestly, I was afraid of being taken out--and I don't mean to dinner. This is one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with, and my family goes back five generations in Volusia County. I would never recommend these monsters to even my worst enemy. There are many reviews just like mine if you look on the Better Business Bureau (they are not BBB accredited and have dozens of complaints). Some people claim they were contacted by the company after posting negative reviews, which makes me nervous to write this--but it's worth it to warn other people. I'm almost scared to post this, but people need to know. Save yourself the stress, money, and fear. Stay far away from Real Time Relocation. Real Time Relocation LLC 933 Beville Rd, Units H & K (Bldg 101K), South Daytona, FL 32119 DOT #3155501 (904) 364-0077 I look forward to doing articles about them now, as I've been very busy but plan to do so far our audience across not only Daytona Beach, but millions in Florida. We would just be sharing our experience and how horrified we were and what they did to us. We are not the only victims. We can't wait for millions to know this especially in Daytona Beach. They probably should've googled us before talking to us like that. I'm not afraid anymore now as I was. And I won't let the world know. Especially locals. Every single last one. Even if I have to do a mailing. I don't mean just mailing list.

They were incredibly efficient, careful, and organized -- they packed up my entire apartment so quickly that I barely had to lift a finger. Would absolutely recommend them!

This year has been a lot of moving for me, and moving is so stressful. I've heard great reviews…read morefrom my nyc friends about roadway moving, so I decided to get a quote from them. After talking to them, I knew I wanted to go with them. Their customer service, attention to details, and organization are 5-star levels. One thing that really stood out to me was that instead of asking me how many boxes I need, they asked me to send them pics of my place and stuff, and they calculated the number of small, medium and large boxes I need. It's so easy to underestimate and get a different price at the end. Also, I know I wanted packers because its speeds up the entire process of moving and settling in. I'm so glad I did with Roadway. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. They're all so polite, friendly and efficient. Within 1 day, I already feel 95% settled in. It's the easiest, stress-free moving experience I had in a while!

Summary: + good price…read more+ fast and overall fine service + overall nice workers - poor communication - some unprofessionalism - some damages I went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars, but ultimately landed on 3. I want to provide enough context so anyone considering Solidarity Movers can make an informed decision. Overall, this was one of the better moves I've had, but not one that warrants the 5-star reviews I see here. My husband and I moved from MA to NY due to family circumstances. The move was already stressful before it began, which is relevant because Solidarity was recommended by a friend who had a great experience with them. Given some poor experiences I've had with movers in the past, I felt confident choosing them. Unfortunately, things started off rocky. I completed a video walkthrough, received an initial quote, and then requested a revision. After that, communication stalled. Multiple follow-ups went unanswered, and I couldn't even get confirmation that my request was being worked on. After about a day of silence while other companies were responding consistently, I was ready to book elsewhere and left a review reflecting my experience. Within minutes, owner Zak called me. He was understanding, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about my concerns. Communication improved immediately, I received the revised quote, and their pricing felt fair, so I booked the move. A couple of weeks before the move, I reached out to confirm everything was still on track and asked about payment. I was told, in writing by Mike, that the remaining balance would be due "upon completion of your move." To me, that clearly meant after delivery. The move was scheduled for June 19 with overnight delivery on June 20. The crew was originally expected between 12 PM and 2 PM but arrived around 4 PM due to traffic. Traffic happens, and I had no issue with the delay itself. The crew was polite, worked efficiently, and seemed to handle our belongings with care. Unfortunately, this is where my experience started to decline. While packing, I overheard two crew members make a joke about my husband and me. It wasn't the worst thing I've ever heard, but it was disappointing to become the subject of a gay joke, especially from a company that publicly projects queer allyship. I chose not to make an issue of it, but another customer may have felt differently. Once loading was complete, the foreman informed me that the remaining balance was due immediately. This directly contradicted the written communication I had received. When I raised the issue, Mike acknowledged there had been a miscommunication but insisted I still had to pay on the spot. What made the interaction frustrating was how dismissive he came across. He stated this was standard procedure and said he would investigate the miscommunication, but unless there is another Mike, the miscommunication originated with him. Rather than create additional stress for myself, I paid the balance and moved on. To be clear, I still tipped the crew generously because they worked hard. By the end of the move, they had received $1,200 total in gratuity, or $400 per mover. The next day, delivery was delayed again due to traffic, but the unloading process itself was quick and organized. The crew followed instructions, reassembled our storage bed, and got everything into the house efficiently. After unloading, I was asked to sign paperwork stating everything had been delivered without damage. This struck me as odd because we hadn't unpacked a single box yet, so there was no realistic way to verify that. Like many people at the end of a move, I signed because I was exhausted and just wanted the process finished. While unpacking later, I discovered our $1,500 credenza had been damaged. Two interior shelves were broken, one completely split in half. Several glass items were also broken in transit. Nothing irreplaceable, but damage nonetheless. Could I file a claim? Sure. But after an already stressful interstate move, I don't have the time or energy to go through another lengthy process. Instead, I'm leaving this review so others can make an informed decision. Despite everything, I would still consider recommending Solidarity Movers, especially for a local move. The crew worked hard, and this was far from the worst moving experience I've had. However, the communication issues, payment confusion, dismissive handling of that confusion, inappropriate comment, and damage to our belongings prevent me from rating the experience higher. If you're reading reviews because you're planning a move and trying to make the best decision possible, I hope this helps. Wishing you the best of luck!

I price-compared a ton of NYC moving companies and J & G gave me a competitive moving quote. Additionally, the building I was moving into required a certificate of insurance (COI) and J & G was able to offer it for me for free. A lot of other companies charge for this. Before moving, I communicated with them via email and they always responded promptly and were very clear about what their moving package included. The day of the move, they called and asked if it was okay if they came an hour early. They were very communicative with me during the whole move. The lead guy (forgot his name!) assessed how many things I had and then discussed with the other 2 men on how to efficiently approach the move. The 3 men were over 6' tall and strong, and they were able to finish my whole move in a little more than 1 hr! I did not have anything that was easily breakable but the men treated my things with care. They provided blanket and shrink wrapping for all of my furniture. Everything was loaded up into their truck very quickly. These guys wasted no time. When I arrived at my new apartment building, they had already started unloading my things. I had my boxes labeled with what was inside (i.e., kitchen supplies, shoes, jackets) and they actually placed each box in the corresponding room. Best of all, there were no hidden fees. They ended up not charging me a processing fee that was included in the quote and gave me $40 off my quoted price. The movers were so friendly, communicative and professional, I will definitely be using J & G Moving again! I also wanted to note that on the day of my move, the street I was moving from was blocked due to construction. J & G movers did not complain or make any mention of that until I had stepped outside of my apartment building and noticed it. These guys provide excellent customer service and I was very impressed by them.

I have a really large television and they managed to get it off the wall with ease. Lastly they have the best insurance and they sent me the COI that my building requested (luxury building)..I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. In all honesty this was the best moving experience I ever had. I wouldn't have used any other company. If you don't contact them at least for an estimate you would be doing a dis-service to yourself.

I hired them through U-Haul to pack a U box to move out of my apartment and for storage. I was a bit frustrated the day before the move as I was not able to get in contact with the team via phone due to staffing issues, but their professionalism in person and efficiency greatly make up for it. There was an issue at the U-Haul store on the day of pick up that Bryan handled very gracefully and we ran into no further issues from there. I lived on the 11th floor of my building and I had a very large couch that needed to be carried downstairs as it did not fit into the elevator. They brought the couch down and had it loaded into the U box within 15 minutes. From the other remainder of the packing was a breeze, they had my entire one bedroom apartment packed into the U box in a little less than two hours. I have not used U box before, and Bryan made sure to tell me exactly what I needed to do on my end to ensure seamless customer use. Book them for your next move, you will not be disappointed!

5 stars for sure and highly recommend from a seasoned mover…read more I booked McKoy Movers for my U-Box moving help because of their 800+ 5-star reviews with one of the lowest prices on U-Haul. After booking, I also saw some Yelp reviews mentioning unresponsiveness and cancellations, which did make me nervous, especially when U-Haul unexpectedly changed the pickup location for my U-Box reservation and I couldn't get confirmation from McKoy Movers that everything would still work out. Thankfully, the evening before the move, Bryan responded and confirmed everything was in order. From that point forward, the service went above and beyond my expectations. Bryan kept me informed every step of the way on the day of the move via texts. He sent updates when they were about to arrive at the U-Haul location, when they had successfully picked up the U-Box & trailer, when they were close to my address, and when they had completed the drop-off with U-Haul. That level of communication greatly reduced the stress of an already chaotic moving process. The two-man team, Bryan and Carlos, was exceptional. They worked efficiently, professionally, and cordially throughout the entire job. Within about two hours, they loaded my entire apartment and somehow managed to pack everything beautifully into the U-Box, maximizing every inch like Tetris. I've moved more than 20 times in my life, so I know firsthand how stressful moving can be. Having a team like Bryan and Carlos handle the loading and transportation logistics is a God-send. They worked with me to prioritize what should go into the U-Box first, gave realistic guidance on what could still fit, and didn't rush me even though I was still doing some last-minute packing. They even helped disassemble big wardrobe racks so I wouldn't have to leave them behind. The move took place on a busy Manhattan street, which added another layer of complexity, yet they made the entire process seamless. Most importantly, I left feeling confident that my belongings were properly secured for transport and storage. I was so grateful for their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness that I gave them over 45% tip, which speaks volumes about how impressed and thankful I was. Thank you, Bryan and Carlos, for making a stressful move so much easier.
